- There was not much I liked. I chose this place because of the rating. The person there had no idea of the reservation system and had to contact his manager by Facebook who seemed not to respond and delay everything. Then the room was staffy, there was a lack of space and the sheets were dirty. The toilet was also very dirty with hair everywhere, blocked drain and flooding. Mattresses are very uncomfortable, those who sink with the body weight but never recovers the shape so when one changes position is a nightmare.

- Pas d’eau chaude, la baignoire ne se remplît pas et il n’était pas possible de fermer la porte à clef.

+ Great location: Ideally situated near the airport, making it a practical choice for transit. ​Room comfort: The guesthouse is spacious. Our room provided a good standard of comfort, notably a good-quality mattress, effective AC, and satisfactory sound insulation.

- Lack of maintenance: Common areas and the kitchen were untidy and poorly maintained. ​Missing essentials: No bin in the room and no toilet paper. ​Organization: We had to search for where to dispose of trash or find kitchenware; better guidance from the staff is needed.

+ Comfortable room, quiet area, and good location near the airport.

- We were unable to shut a small window in the bathroom (it was wedged wide open) which let some bugs in. If the owners fix this window it would be even better!

+ Short taxi ride to the airport. Our bed was comfy. The roof terrace is nice, you can hang out and watch a movie there. Good for a 1 night layover, hence the name!

- Still not doing food so Grab us required as it's in a gated complex away from restaurants. The dog was sweet but the poop on the roof terrace was a bit off putting.

+ It was a spacious room with own bathroom.

- It’s actually someone’s home so you meet owner’s pets

+ Très proche de l'aéroport 10 min en Grab, 40 min à pied. La chambre était très grande et le lit confortable. C'est très calme. Nous avons pu arriver vers 23h sans problème. La cuisine commune pour les clients est inexistante mais nous avons pu utilisé la cuisine du staff. De l'eau est à disposition. Il y a une petite épicerie à 2 rues, où nous avons trouvé de quoi faire un petit-déjeuner. Nous avons laissé nos bagages pour la journée et une employée nous a lavé notre linge, qui était prêt le soir.

- Il n'y a rien autour. Il faut prendre un Grab pour aller visiter Manille, faire des achats dans les centres commerciaux ou aller manger quelque part. Mais on peut se faire livrer aussi.

+ Staff were kind and the property was close to the the NAIA airport; great for literal layovers. Facilities were clean and easy to use.

+ So close to Naia 2. Less than 10mins from Naia 2 and clean.

+ Very friendly owner and great location for the airport. Lovely roof terrace/bar area and the drink prices are as cheap as buying in shops (note to owner: you should put the prices up a bit esp as things are hard). Gated estate so feels very secure. Water dispenser saves having to buy bottled water. Basic accommodation but clean and comfortable.

- The shower in our room worked but you couldn’t adjust the temperature as it was broken.

+ It was amazing value for money. We only stayed for one night as we were just staying over in between flights but I 100% would stay again and for longer if we were to come back :)

+ Had a really nice stay here. Everything was clean, the beds were comfy and the staff was really friendly, its also close to the airport and the center.

+ I stayed at Layover Guesthouse for one night, and it was a great experience. The location is very convenient, especially for travelers in transit, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. I’d definitely recommend it and would stay again.
