Bed bugs in bed. And the bathroon wasn't good at all. And the reservation was not with my name it was with my friends name muhammad adnan.

Nice rooms, clean, no bedbugs. Great value for the price

Bedbugs and extremely unprofessional! (01-07-18) Do not go. After finding bedbugs and dirty sheets I immediately went down to inform them of the issue. After showing them pictures, I was then being ushered to the new room we were being moved to. Ofcourse, I wanted to check the new room’s sheets, however the lady working the front desk who went with me to do so tells me “don’t mess up the bed” because the cleaning service is not onsite, and there would be no one to remake the bed...(she being a worker of this place) Doubfounded by her remark, I then understood that she was clearly not taking the issue of bedbugs and dirty sheets seriously. After, we went back to the dirty room to show the evidence (have picture of sheets and bugs) and collect my bellongings. Even after seeing the -clearly- dirty sheets, she still asked if I preferred the other room... while I was grabbing my things she asked if i’d bring her the room key (to the dirty room) once I had finished moving to the new room because she could not be bothered to wait the two seconds it would take to grab my bags, and take it herself. When I told her that this would not be happening she walked out of the room with the key thus turning the lights off. To which she returned with the statement “do you need the lights” (it was dark, and my friend was putting the few items she had unpacked in the 30 minutes of being there back in her bag). ... I do not usually write reviews, but if this helps someone avoid the “service” and “amenities” provided by this garbage attempt of a hotel then right on. Also was vary clear about my distaste with this place with the workers and am actually writing this from their room... (why would you still be there? Got in late and only needed a place to stay until I catch a ferry in the morning) Only stating that because I see their copy and pasted cheeky response they’ve attached to any negative comment. Ps... went from a queen size bed in the “superior” room to two twin beds, but there is no price difference?
