   When we first arrived our booking of 4 got split up even though it was booked under the same room, which the receptionist didn’t really give a honk about. Room was filthy, bathroom was never cleaned the whole time we were there (we stayed 4 nights). Room didn’t lock and no security so anyone could walk in. Even though this was our most expensive hostel at £20pp per night, it was 100% the worst. The only good thing was the location, but my blind 80 year old grandma could plonk 15 beach sheds on this beach and run a better hostel.

   Not really good, wouldn’t recommend only good thing there is the party and location, hostel rooms aren’t locked and very sandy. Also the reps came into our room and were very annoying doing Ritalin in our dorm room

   There were no curtains in the beds. The beds were soooo uncomfortable and squeaky. The door to our dorm did not lock and we were very close to the main road and far from the beach. Good location though and friendly staff. Social vibes. But rooms really let it down.

   Very loud - impossible to sleep even with ear plugs, was woken up every 30 minutes. Music didn’t stop till 12.30am and people would be shouting all night when they got in. No sound proofing. Only “quiet time” was between 5am and 7am Bathroom dirty with lots of flies, never cleaned throughout my stay which isn’t what you expect at £45 a night. Security - someone tried to get into my room at 5am, I looked out my window and saw 2 men outside, felt very unsafe.

   Good location and nice bar area & reps. HOWEVER: incredibly unsafe and not very clean. The doors to the rooms don’t lock, and on the last night of my stay this lead to a man entering our room at 6am. After telling him to leave I saw at 9am that the police had come as he had been able to get in to many other rooms in the hostel and had assaulted multiple guests whilst they slept. Complete lack of security. No curtains on beds so lack of privacy. Shame as hostel has potential

   Unfortunately 1500$ mysteriously disappeared from our room. As we mentioned the missing money to the reception they lied to us about room service not cleaning our room that day and in general acted really defensive while we were in all honesty talking really politely. The rooms were fine but the bathrooms are not great.

   I was very unhappy with this hostel. I did not feel safe as my room door did not lock. the front desk refused to give me my money back and were not accommodating to the fact that I felt unsafe. I don’t suggest staying here.

   Our private room mattress was just springs with a thin sheet over it - very uncomfortable and expect more for £30 a night. Couldn’t lock the room from the inside and a drunk person let themselves in the middle of the night. Great location and staff are friendly, it’s also sociable and right on the beach for sunset.

   4 months of travelling and this was the worst hostel I’ve stayed at, it was FILTHY. The door didn’t lock to the room. Didn’t look like it had been cleaned at all. Staff weren’t friendly and didn’t help when asking questions.

    Only stayed here for 1 night and glad I didn't stay any longer. The shower stopped working, there was black mould all over the ceiling of the bathroom and some in the bedroom too. We got locked out of the bathroom and then the door to the room wouldn't lock so people could've just walked straight in if they wanted. The location is nice as it's right on the beach. However the vibes were just not great as a solo traveller, and it was just super difficult to meet people. Wouldn't reccommend

    an overpriced hostel for the quality of the services offered, there are no lockers in the rooms, the beds are not comfortable, a shower for more than 20 people, the rooms do not lock, everyone can go in , the only positive point is the direct access to the beach, for the rest, you can find much better and way cheaper with better services I definitely don’t recommend this hostel

    Horrible dirty s***hole. Dorm was a disgusting mess that was never cleaned. Also this place seems to be a magnet for the most disrespectful backpackers ever. Never felt that unsafe since the room was on ground floor right next to the main road without keys. Strangers DID enter at night, so did a stray dog. wtf. Being a party hostel is not an excuse for such conditions, especially for the price.

    The definitive worst hostel I have ever stayed in. I stayed in the stupidly overpriced 12 person dorm that had no lock on the door that faced the main road, no lockers for your stuff, 1 shower and 2 toilets between about 40 people, disgustingly unclean which meant the place was riddled with bugs. Even the beds had broken springs that would mean you wake up with bruises. The staff also didn't care about anything. I never normally leave reviews but I need to warn people not to book here.

    Didn’t enjoy my stay. Location is great but other than that it just sucks. There were no lockers in my room but you also couldn’t lock my dorm so basically everyone could just walk in there even during night. Was really worried about my stuff being stolen! Bathrooms are super dirty! We had one shower for more than 20 people and always had to wait ! I stayed in the 12 bed dorm which was the mistake, I think the 4 bed bungalows are ok. However, there isn’t really a social vibe and no party.

    Not really a fan of this hostel. Hut doors didnt lock properly, felt very unsafe. Dirty bathroom and so loud at night with wildlife keeping us awake. Beds so squeaky and loud cant move much and so cold! Lockers arent even secured to wall so can get into them if locked. No where near as social as it makes out ‘PARTYYY’ its not! Only thing is the good locetion on beach and near town centre. Also very old fashioned rooms.

    One of my worst hostel experiences ever. Hostel was overbooked so I waited one hour at check in before I could enter my room and rest from my travels. The next night when I entered the room, there was somebody else in my bed so I had to change room in the middle of the night. Luckily I had a bed, cus there were ten people staying on matrasses in a room downstairs. Also, my roommate was having sex in the room for two nights straight. Though most of the problems had to do more with Agoda than the hostel, I didn’t like the way the staff handled all the problems and communicated with me. We did get free towels and there are spacious lockers and airconditioning in the rooms. Beds are squeaking as hell by the way. Oh, and no curtains which I think every hostel should have by now.
