DO NOT BOOK THIS HOSTEL. We found bed bugs in our beds, which spread to our luggage and belongings. We spent a lot of money and time cleaning and treating everything, with no compensation for these costs or the losses caused by the infestation. Cleaners changed sheets on beds next to the affected beds without visibly checking for bugs. The owner completely ignored our complaint — no apology or accountability or even reply. Reception refunded our stay, but AVOID THIS PLACE.

I read the google reviews paralysed by fear, and beauty hostel really became a foreboding dark cloud over my rome holiday- I was not looking forward to ts. However, upon arrival I was immediately struck by the potential benefits of such a pristine location, seconds from a key station and a mere walk away from Rome's most treasured landmarks. What more could you want? Additionally, although the ambiance was a little sketch, I found the hostel bed bug free and inhabitable. Nice! Very satisfactory.

El hostal estaba demasiado sucio, daba asco entrar al baño que ni siquiera papel tenía. Y lo peor ¡TIENE CHINCHES! Verdaderamente decepcionante porque la ubicación es buena y el espacio no está mal, pero se nota mucho que no limpian.
