Bed bugs in my bed

This place is beautiful it is very amazing very nice staff they are very helpful. Clean bathrooms clean rooms nice ac right near beer street. Had one little problem with bed bugs but they did me right they gave me free nights. Would recommend

Cockroaches, mice, and bed bugs. Really disappointing experience here. When I first arrived I noticed some hair on my bed but just brushed it off. I put my stuff in my assigned locker, but the lock part was broken so the person at the front desk just told me to use a different one. Later on in the night, I went back to get my stuff and instead saw 3 cockroaches in the locker. I’m sure there were more. When I went to tell the front desk staff, he seemed to be mocking me a little bit until him and another man came up and actually saw the roaches. They killed them but I wasn’t comfortable staying there anymore. I’m sure the place was infested if they were in a metal locker. I got a refund but they didn’t help me find anywhere else to stay that night and it was after midnight. I was basically stranded late at night as a woman on the streets of Hanoi. They also made me cancel the reservation before issuing the refund so I couldn’t leave the review on hostel world. Someone else in my room also said she saw bed bugs. My other friend saw a mouse. This place is disgustingly dirty. Do not stay.

Ich habe zwei Tage in dem Hostel geschlafen. Ich habe gesehen, dass die Bettwäsche mehrmals von den Putzkräften verwendet wurde. Sie haben dran gerochen und die Dinge nochmal verwendet, wenn es noch gut roch. Mitten in der Nacht hat eine Backpackerin ausgecheckt, weil sie Kakerlaken im Locker hatte. Ich habe Bettwanzen gesehen. Ich würde das Hostel niemandem empfehlen. Die Klos haben abartig gestunken!

Bedbugs in the dorm. Blood marks in the beds which means that it is not the first time that it happens. It is not clean. The staff is great, but not the hostel. We left the hostel and they paid us for the nights we booked and told not to leave a bad review…sorry but I have to leave it to make sure it does not happen again!

Very rundown hostel, mouse or rat droppings all in my room and was bitten by bedbugs and even killed one mid way through the night. Hostel worker asked me to leave a good review to be able to get a refund on my last night stay. It's centrally located so great for that but other than that I would personally avoid and go elsewhere, the room was absolutely filthy, plenty of other cheap options in Hanoi.
