If I could give this location 0 stars across the board I would. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE! I had booked this location for 5 nights and on night one, I felt like I had bugs on me while I was sleeping. I was worried they were bed bugs, so I slept with my head on the desk, packed up my stuff to go clean and find somewhere else to stay. I’ve never felt more dismissed by an accommodation or business than when I told them about the issues I had faced at their hotel. They looked at me like I was crazy for even mentioning the issue. I was told I would not receive any refund for the next 4 nights I wouldn’t be staying there, which I thought was absolutely horrible customer service. I emailed them the following week and they totally dismissed me again. The claimed I left their hotel because I had to share a bathroom, which I had stated I didn’t mind doing. I had just asked on day one if a room opened up with a private bathroom I’d love to move to it since I was staying there for my birthday and thought that would be nice. Obviously my reason for leaving was the bed bugs. They did not care, continued to be rude to me via email, and don’t seem to care if they have bed bugs or not. It’s not worth saving money by staying here for the potential bugs or the customer service. After reading more of their reviews on Google, I can see that many people have experienced some sort of bug problem in their rooms whether bed bugs, fleas or mosquitos. DO NOT risk having this issue and booking here. The staff are super rude and seem as though they are criticizing you the whole time. I did not feel welcomed, will never stay here again and recommend you to not as well. If a hotel has bed bugs you would expect an immediate apology and a refund, not rude staff and claims it’s your fault. I’ve never had problem with bed bugs despite staying in numerous hotels, airbnbs and hostels until I stayed here. I am so disappointed with my one day stay here and for the amount of money I spent and then spent finding another accommodation, I could have stayed at an amazing hotel for my birthday. To answer their comment below. I did tell them about the bed bugs both in person and in email. If you noticed every-time someone mentions something bad about their location they blame it on the person. No accountability on their side. Once again disrespect and disappointed from their response

All I can say is I woke up at 4am with burning, itching bites. 16 in total bed bugs. Staff would not refund because they didn’t believe me, even though I have pictures. Not a great experience.
