Frendz Hostel El Nido

Das Hostel war generell in Ordnung, allerdings hatte meine Begleitung Bettwanzen. Das Personal hat leider nicht so gut auf den Vorfall reagiert und erst nach mehrfacher Aufforderung die Matratze, etc. gewechselt.

Seemed like a nice hostel. But when I checked in I found bed bugs so just be aware of that. The staff did take care of it right away.

Bedbugs! Food poisoning! 😑 - perfect, if this is the place before leaving to the boat expedition 🤠 The hostel is good for connecting with people. However, if you are looking for a quiet place to relax for a moment, you won't find it here. From midday onwards there is constant noise downstairs in the restaurant and up on the roof terrace.

Escogí la habitación front Beach. La limpieza es pésima. Las paredes parecen de papel. El A/C es prehistórico. Y la cama llena de chinches que me dejaron el cuerpo lleno de picaduras.

BED BUGS with extremely unprofessional management. Me and another guy in my room (badly bitten by bed bugs that I found also on my bed) were transferred overnight to a guesthouse next to the hostel. The management only wanted to refund the cost difference, without even including the website fee. After complaining they agreed to refund the full difference between the two places and...to a complimentary breakfast as compensation. Quite insulting. I'd rather recommend Outpost hostel honestly.

Good but got bitten by bed bugs but the staff accommodated it and moved me and disinfected the bed
