Got bed bugs on the bed. I killed one, saw one at the toilet but not sure if got more. Now got many bed bug bites at my hands, legs and back

Room without window is a terrible experience, p ventilation is poor & smelly.

First of all they put me in a bedroom that was not as I booked, the AC was not working, the people who works here super unfriendly. Don’t book this hotel. All the rooms have a problem or not AC or noisy or with bedbugs.

The first room i checked in was dirty, and there were so many bed bugs, and the lamp was on off itself, where it made the room quite scary. The air conditioning was not functioning. Next they changed me to 2nd room also same condition with the first room. Lastly, they give me family suites and all ok but still have cockroaches and the staff give me spray, and everything was good.

Not clean, mattress stinks and bed bugs in the room. Could not take hot shower as water was cold.

Very old I got bitten from bedbug

BED BUG ALERT Stay away from this hostel! This is the worst hostel I have stayed in during my 3 months of traveling. My body was completely eaten up by bites after I spent one night in this building. Wish I could attach pictures to this review. It was also clearly a leakage somewhere. I came back to the hostel in the afternoon to a pond of water in the middle of the room. It was a heavy rain, but I didn’t even had the window open and nothing was wet around the window area. The incredible bad mattress on the floor was all wet underneath. When I complained, one of the staff showed me two other rooms; one with no window and no ac and the other with something I would say was water damages. I checked out. Two days after I came back to ask for a refund, but the lady with glasses at the desk wouldn’t listen to my experience and I perceived her as defensive. The owner wasn’t available and the contact we had was via e-mail. I perceived him as unreasonable and manipulative. Overall, a place that should so some big changes or just shut down.

HAVE BED BUGS! Was sat on my bed working on my laptop, the back of my waist was itching, i look around for mosquito and see a bed bug running up the wall. They are doing treatments but it isnt working so well obviously. Now worried i took them with me!

Don’t go!! Many Bedbug ... daytime don’t work air conditioner even if it’s so hot

10/2018 First of all I love the location! It's like three minutes.away from the central station and the location is busy, so I felt pretty safe there. We stayed there twice with my friend (we booked both nights before sleeping at this hostel). Thefirst night was ok, bathroom clean, staff very helpful and nice. There are breakfast included and even if you leave at 4am you will find there sth to eat. But unfortunately the reviews which pointed out that the big female room is kinda smelly were right, it is. It's like durians or sth, hard to describe. But we slept well so it was not such a big deal for me. When we returned after 4 days we stayed at the same dorm but we changed beds. And here comes the problem - bed bugs. I woke up all bitten!! And my friend too. So I am asking the management, as this appeared in many previous reviews, do sth about it. It was bed number 7 and 8. So I had basically one good experience and one bad. I guess is about the luck if you end up with a new mattress or and old one. But just for the location and price it's very good option, if you are low on budget. If they achieve to get rid of the bed bugs it would be a perfect choice, even with the weird smell. But as my legs are still pretty itchy from all those bites, I'm still a bit irritated.

Staff is nice and helpful but the dorms are cramped with old indian man that are super noisy and who will randomly call someone on their phones at 4am. Oh and there were bedbugs in the single rooms... don't go there.

Seriously avoid this dormitory so many nasty bed bug, I end up cannot sleep and killed 8 to 9 bugs 😡

Good hostel with bedbugs

Wifi 1st floor only. Powercut after 11o'clock. You have to take off your shoes.BEDBUGS everywhere. 4th floor was shut down because of bedbug. While I was traveling I met two guys who got bedbug from this place. I complained then they switched the room where suppose to be clean then bedbug, again! Not clean, not nice.
