BED BUGS / PUNAISES DE LIT. Toute l’expérience a été scandaleuse. Punaises de lit dans notre chambre (nous avons des photos pour le prouver). Nous avons jeté tous nos vêtements (sauf ceux qu’on porte pour retourner à l’aéroport) car nous avons peur de ramener des punaises chez nous. L'hôte a été irrespectueux et a manqué de considération. Il nous a juste changé de chambre à minuit en nous faisant passer d’une chambre privative qu’on a payée à un dortoir.

BEDBUGS!!! And very noisy restaurant directly in front of the window. Apart from that nice terrace, nice atmosphere, okay kitchen, very central.

It’s hard to rate this place because i truly adored my stay and met some incredible people and the staff were great. However, I feel like it’s my responsibility to share that I did in fact encounter bed bugs during my stay and was promptly moved and did not have any prolonged issues.

Unfortunately, I was attacked by bedbugs here I woke up in the middle of the night being eaten alive. It was so bad that I had to get up and try to sleep on the roof. Another girl in my room had the same problem. I told the manager and he said he "would check". I hope they are able to take care of the problem before more people are affected because, other than that, the location and facilities are very good

I came home with many bed bug bites, and this is not acceptable

This hostel has a current, widespread BEDBUG infestation. At least 3 people (including myself) traveling alone who met at Terra Vista and then parted ways now have bedbugs. I stayed there in late March so I’d give the place a wide berth for awhile while they (hopefully) get the situation under control.
