Relax Corner

BED BUGS!!! Checked in there for the full moon party, the rooms and bed sheets were dirty, there were dead cockroaches in the showers which looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time and when I checked the mattress there were loads of bedbugs. The staff dealt with it really well and moved us to a different room but then the owner of the hostel cancelled my booking so I couldn’t leave a review on Hostelworld! He didn’t come and speak to me at all about it and just cancelled everyone I was with bookings on Hostelworld so no negative reviews could be left!! Avoid staying here (was the most expensive hostel and the shittest!! Minus the kind staff).

Bed bugs!!! Staff were nice and moved us to a different building but there were bed bugs, atmosphere weren't the best either

I stayed there for two nights. First night a girl found bedbugs in her bed, so the staff asked us to change in to another room. They seemed unsure how to deal with the bugs, seemed like they did not really care to fix the issue. The second night I was waken in the middle of the night to a cockroach by my head. The bathrooms were disgusting, looked like the toilets hadn’t been cleaned in ages. When checking out I told the staff about the cockroach but the person just said she doesn’t know what that means. I tried to explain that it’s a bug but she didn’t seem to care. The hostel also cancelled our booking through hostelworld, so we couldn’t leave a bad review there. Location was great though.
