HI Porto - Pousada de Juventude

Está plagado de chinches seriamente denunciable

Acabei não ficando hospedado, devido ter ficado duas noites antes e ter encontrado percevejo em dois quarto diferente. Fiz um comentário da reserva anterior e foram capaz de dizer que eu poderia ter trazido os percevejos, sai da minha casa para o hostel e levei os percevejos? Eles que recebem mais de 100 pessoas por dia de diferentes países e eu que sou o culpado!!! Em vez de solucionar o problema, tiram o corpo fora, ainda estão recebendo reservas e nem trataram do assunto só querem ganhar dinheiro.

Fico na Pousada da Juventude a muitos anos. Mais desta vez não foi nada bom, acordei no meio da noite com comichões pelo corpo, levante e fui ver o que se passava, encontrei um percevejo na cama, tive que tomar um banho quente e um funcionário do hostel me deu uma pomada, mostrei a ele as fotos e vídeos do percevejo na cama. Troquei de cama no mesmo quarto, no outro dia me colocarão em outro quarto mais distante, e nem por isso resolveu, porque encontrei também percevejo no outro. Comuniquei o funcionário, fui questionado que isso podem acontecer fiquei duas noite em quarto diferentes e as duas noite fui picado por percevejo. Para mim isso tem que ser isolado por completo e dedetizado.

Sehr unhygienisch das ganze Hostel in die Jahre gekommen. Das Badezimmer weist mangelnde Hygiene auf, es ist Schimmel vorhanden. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es Bettwanzen.

Très sales. Des insectes, punaises de lits, des morsures. Très mauvaise expérience.

BAD BED BUG INFESTATION. I just arrived in Porto from the States and my first night the BBBs feasted in my tender parts in my dorm bunk bed. 49 bites!!! Pilgrims beware!!!

There is no view from the window, you can't see the river, there are big trees in front. There were bed bugs in the bed that bit us. The bed legs were broken, and if we moved, we were afraid the bed would fall over.

I would not recommend staying here. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. The room was filthy—dust, dirt, and grime everywhere. To make matters worse, I discovered bed bugs in the bed. I woke up with bites all over, which was absolutely disgusting. It’s shocking that a place could neglect such basic hygiene standards. I also noticed that common areas were just as bad and seemed like nothing had been cleaned in a long time. The overall condition of the accommodation was unacceptable. Stay at your own risk, but if you value your health and a clean environment, avoid this place entirely.

Bed bugs in my bed!! Not a good experience! Still trying to recover from the bites!

The staff at the hostel were nice and helpful but the hostel was pretty dirty especially the bathrooms and my friend and I came away with bed bugs - yuck! I contacted the hostel about the bed bugs, telling them what room and beds we were in but they never responded. We ended up spending around €40 to clean ALL of our stuff. The vibe of the hostel was not social but the location was lovely by the beach. Don’t let the bed bugs bite lol.
