Restu Bali Hotel

Il y a des punaises de lit et les chambres sont humides, crades et sales. J’ai demandé a changé de chambre 4 fois tellement c’était crade. C’est la première fois de ma vie que ça m’arrive. J’suis partie dans un autre hotel ! À fuir !!!!

This hotel should be investigated by the police. I slept 3 nights in bedbug infested rooms and woke up with dozens of bites. They moved us to different rooms twice and took every single one of our clothes to laundry for a whole day. We had to buy clothes to wear. They took pictures of my bites and then never mentioned it again. This completely ruined my entire stay in Bali. When I asked for compensation they refused to give me anything besides a free taxi (worth about 4 dollars) when I paid 330 dollars for the stay and the new clothes. Booking is also refusing to answer my complaints. Nobody should go to this hotel ever. It clearly has problems with cleanliness and bugs and the staff refuses to help. Infuriating situation.
