Secret Patio Lisbon

Bed bugs? BED BUGS. We had to move rooms repeatedly due to bed bug infestation. Itching? The whole time we were there. Refund? We did receive a 50% refund but we had to run 628193627 circles with them to actually get it. Swimming pool? Unswimmably disgustingly greenish brownish blue. Bathroom? Janky. Staff? Rude and dismissive.

There was bed bugs in a bed in the room I was staying in. Got moved, no apologies or anything. Then got moved to another room, clearly it’s not run properly because returned after being out all night for all of my stuff to be gone! (Got moved and clearly they didn’t put it in their system properly so the cleaners took all of my stuff) and then had to wait an hour for the manager to bring me my stuff, for him just to hand it to me and be mute.

Ate the same brekfast every day, despite the menu they give you there was max 2 choices available and some days only the 1. Waited for breakfast almost an hour one day and it was an important day for me where I almost got late because of this. And didnt get coffee so I had to run after stuffing food really quick. Pretty sure I have bedbugs bitte marks on my hands. Shame I didnt see the revkews from guests earlier that month.. One day came back early to my room, with door wide open after cleaning with no one insight. The rooftop is cool for breakfast but dont expect to get any sleep because the music is really loud and stays on until late hours
