Kijani Cottages Diani, Hostel

Although the cottages and hostel looked nice and the compound is beautiful, the customer service lacks of professionalism and efficiency. I woke up with bed bugs bite and bed bugs’ feces on my pillow case. When I check out and explained to the reception that this has to be taken seriously and they have to desinfect everything, the lady laughed at me and said she had not seen any bugs…. This episode paired with electricity outages-the lights were flashing all night..and no one seemed to cared about it-and the monkeys waking you up at 5ham jumping on the roof.. really disappointed me..
