- Po dobu pobytu 3 noci bez úklidu a výměny mokrých ručníků. Koupelna prasklý sifon, špína, plíseň na zdech. Přes noc stále světlo z chodby, nelze zatemnit. Snídaně velmi slabá.

- 窓付き高層階で予約したのにも関わらず、2階の部屋。パークビューではなく隣のビルの壁。 ホテルの名前もパークビューなんて一言も書いてない。ホテルの看板もPalago HC Hotel。 食べてもいない部屋にあった安っぽいスナック菓子をチェックアウト後にないと言われ、高額な菓子代を請求された。 朝食も大変お粗末。

- A la nit no es pot dormir, s’escolta absolutament tot. Lavabo molt mal cuidat, el sostre es cau, la finestra no tanca, tot brut de que fa temps no es neteja a fons (finestra i detalls que no son del dia a dia). L’aigua no surt massa calenta

- Petit déjeuner très ordinaire. Chambre pas propre et douche pas nettoyée. Serviettes tachées, vieilles et usées. Ameublement délabré. Un endroit mal entretenu.

- Phòng tôi nhận được không như tôi đặt. Hầu hết phòng nhỏ hơn những phòng tôi đặt. Làm việc với họ họ nói lỗi của nhân viên của booking.com. phòng của họ hết mà vẫn cho khách đặt. Họ nói sẽ hoàn tiền chênh lệch giữa phòng thường và 2 phòng suite cho tôi. Nhưng cũng lừa đâo nốt. Qua vụ việc này booking.com nên xem lại việc làm ăn với ks palago này và cả nhân viên tên Thanh của cty nữa. Tôi gởi cho booking.com phiếu thu tiền và số phòng tôi đã nhận. Booking.com xác minh xem tôi có nói sai không nhé. Xin chào và cám ơn.

+ Location great. Door man was fantastic. Helping us with luggage and showing us the room and what was included not included etc. All for the price we paid it was fantastic. Breakfast free nit we didn't take this opportunity...mini bar was cheaper than 7/11

- The description said soundproof. But the windows were not double glazed. We looked out to the park and there was a lot of noise on the below street. I managed to find a place that sold earplugs. Would have scored 9 if new windows were in place.

- When we stayed here two years ago, everything was much better, which is why we decided to return to the same hotel. Unfortunately, this time the experience was terrible. The room for three adults was extremely small, so small that we could barely move around. The room and the bathroom did not seem clean, as everything looked old and worn out. The breakfast was also very, very poor this time. It seems that a few years ago there was much more effort put in, probably because of the reviews, but this time everything was disappointing. We honestly felt like leaving immediately.

+ la chambre est petite et pas propre. On peut à peine poser la valise. Comme partout au Vietnam le personnel est très souriant! Petit déjeuner paraît pas frais....
