+ el staff es lo peor que he visto en japon y ya he venido 3 veces y estado en muchos hostels diferentes no he visto nada igual

- la cama estaba bien

- Only few shower rooms.. and no ventilation on it…

+ I was a hotel General Manager for 22 years with the Hilton. The front desk agent- a guy was a very rude person. Very bad hotel. I was eating my dinner at the hotel and decided make another order but the server missed. I waited 90 minutes and went to bed empty stomach. I never seen a hotel like this. Government should cancel their operating licence.

- I checked out 15 minutes late on Tuesday, June 10th at 10:15 AM, due to a simple misunderstanding — I wasn’t clearly told the checkout time. Staff immediately demanded a 200 yen fee and refused to give me their names upon request. A man in a white t-shirt, who appeared to be the manager, asked me not to leave a bad review in exchange for waiving the fee — unprofessional and manipulative. A woman with glasses also refused to provide her name and behaved in a cold and visibly irritated manner, showing very poor hospitality. Then, shockingly, they called the police over this minor delay. The officers were respectful and gave me a verbal warning, but I was stunned by how far the staff escalated such a small issue. This was an unnecessarily aggressive and unpleasant experience for a 15-minute delay. I’m sharing this to inform other travelers. たった15分のチェックアウト遅れで警察を呼ばれました 6月10日（火）午前10時15分ごろ、チェックアウトが15分遅れてしまいました。チェックアウト時間が明確に伝えられておらず、単なる誤解でした。それにもかかわらず、スタッフから200円の支払いを求められ、名前の提供も拒否されました。 **白いTシャツを着た男性（マネージャーと思われる）**は、「悪いレビューを書かなければ料金は払わなくていい」と発言し、不誠実で非常に不快でした。さらに、眼鏡をかけた女性スタッフも名前を教えてくれず、冷たく、苛立ちを隠さない態度で対応され、おもてなしの心をまったく感じませんでした。 そしてこの小さな問題で、警察を呼ばれました。 警察官は丁寧に対応してくれましたが、ホステル側の過剰な対応には本当に驚かされました。 15分の遅れに対して、ここまで不快な対応を受けたのは初めてです。他の旅行者の参考になれば幸いです。

+ 従業員の説明が早口すぎて、わかりにくかった。

- There was no space outside the room to unpack quietly, small space to put suitcase, i wish there would be an option for Breakfast

+ Meget for pengene. Virkelig god soveplads med ish stik, indbygget alarm og rullegardin. Der var store skabe hvor man kunne stille sin baggage ind. Gratis håndklæde var et plus. Metrostation kun 7 minutter fra hostel. Alt ligger i nærheden. God placering! Dejlig rooftop!

- Elevatoren kan være lidt langsom.

+ 立地が駅近で交通に便利。 飲食店や複合施設も充実していた。

- 初めてのカプセルホテル宿泊だったので他の宿泊客に気を遣った。 シャワー室が２室しかないので（女性用）使用したい時に直ぐに使えず待ち長かった。 宿泊室は、男女分かれてはいるがエレベーターは共有なので少し不安に感じた。

+ 衛浴設備不錯有浴缸，有提供飲用水微波爐可以用餐，一樓也有販賣機可以買東西。

- 評價上出現的問題都存在 浴室內沒有掛勾，電梯到房間完全沒鎖，床鋪只用布簾沒什麼保障，沒有冰箱。

+ 静かで、ゆっくり過ごせました。 シーツ類清潔。

- 洗面所の使い方が悪く、水浸し、髪の毛等あり 何処かにモップや雑巾など欲しかった。

- Only the elevator is annoying

+ Capsules were nice and clean. Having a locked locker was good. Showers and other facilities clean.

- Some people were quite loud at midnight and 7:00 am. Nothing can really be done, but annoying nonetheless. The room shading was pretty good, but could be more flush to prevent light leaking in.

+ La capsule était très confortable et spacieuse, le personnel était vraiment accueillant, emplacement parfait pour découvrir Tokyo, à 5min à pied d’une grande gare de métro / train ainsi qu’à 2min à pied d’un Lawson, nous sommes restés 9 nuits et c’était parfait

- peut être le casier un peu petit mais rien de bien grave

+ Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Le capsule sono abbastanza grandi e all'interno trovi tutto quello che serve. Letti molto comodi, ottima la possibilità di chiudere la tenda (che però non isola completamente dal rumore).

- Non c'erano le ciabatte e non era molto chiaro dove trovarle. Le luci del bagno si spengono troppo in fretta.

+ Bed was wide and clean, different styles of showers, toilet bidets available

- Shoe storage area and bedroom hallways were smelly

+ 洗面所コップ位は置いてほしい。
