Hostal Radio

Estuvimos allí a primeros de mayo y resulta que nos trajimos chinches a casa. Llevamos luchando contra ellas desde primeros de junio (cuando las detectamos) y, además de una buena cantidad económica, nos está costando la salud mental. Por favor, cuando se tienen establecimientos de pernocta hay que poner especial cuidado a estas cosas. Con tener fundas de colchón antichinches y limpiar la ropa de cama a 60º es suficiente. Es una falta muy grave no hacerlo y señal de una pésima gestión. Tenemos pesadillas con las malditas chinches y un recuerdo horrible de ese viaje.

Bugs in the bed.

!!! BEDBUGS ALERT!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Never have been more disgusted and disappointed with an hostel before. We were supposed to stay in the Hostal Radio for 3 nights (in the room 104). We were not very pleased from the beginning, since the room didn't look like the pictures (which are HIGHLY edited to make the rooms look better than they actually are). But the worst was yet to come. The morning after our second night, we woke up with two bedbugs in our bed. We managed to kill one but the other one escaped. We immediately reported the situation to the staff at the reception and showed a picture of one bug. The guy at the reception got really nervous when he saw the picture and admitted that they have had this problem before, and also commented that a desinfestation was very expensive. When trying to reach for a solution, they said the hostel was full and they couldn't change us to another room. Instead they said they were going to clean the room very well so we could stay there for the last night. Obviously that's not how an hotel/hostel of any kind should deal with the situation (they knew perfectly that bedbugs require a desinfestation and not just "cleaning the room"). We also didn't want to stay in that place any longer so we asked for our money back for the last night. While the refund was taking process, a client entered the hostel and asked if they had a room, to which they said yes and asked him to wait. Since the hostel was apparently full, the poor guy probably stayed in our room. If this is how the management is dealing with the situation, it will only get bigger and more serious over time, and lots of clueless people will suffer with this... The management showed to be really irresponsible and not even a bit worried for the clients well being, CAN'T RECCOMEND IT TO ANYONE. Whatever you do STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
