Please take my advice and stay anywhere but here. My family and I booked a two-night stay at this hotel in mid-May 2026. We checked in around 3:00 PM, and while the property was already disappointing in terms of cleanliness and overall condition, the worst was yet to come. By approximately 11:00 PM that night, both my children and I were being repeatedly bitten by bugs. After investigating, I stripped the bedding and inspected the mattresses. What I found was absolutely unacceptable. The mattresses were filthy, and the room itself—including the floors—was in a condition that should never be offered to paying guests. I immediately went to the front desk and reported the issue. One employee was professional, helpful, and moved us to another room. Unfortunately, another employee I dealt with later was rude and unprofessional. He refused to provide his own name when asked and instead gave me the name of the employee who had assisted me earlier. Although we were moved to a different room, the damage had already been done. We had planned to spend the next day enjoying activities in Orlando, but after a sleepless night of scratching and discomfort, we decided to cut our vacation short, pack our belongings, and leave a full day early. The financial impact didn’t end there. Once we returned home, I spent hundreds of dollars laundering clothing and other belongings out of fear of bringing bed bugs into our home. We also had to discard items that could not be safely cleaned or treated. As a single mother traveling alone with two children, this left me in a horrible situation where I wasn’t offered any sort of compensation in order to go stay at a different hotel and the hotel I’d paid to stay at had a bed bug infestation. Had I not been traveling with two young children I would have likely slept in my car. However, I felt this would be too dangerous with my children and would never intentionally put them through something like this. Had I left and went somewhere else and just forfeited the money I would have still had to move my children to a different hotel in the middle of the night and as we had paid to be somewhere at 7 AM the next morning it was becoming evident no one was going to get much sleep. The front desk employee that was so rude told me I’d need to be at the hotel in between 8 and 3 to speak with a manager, but I told him we had activities scheduled from 7 to 5 so he said I’d need to call up there and speak with the manager. I felt I’d already been inconvenienced enough by being up in the middle of the night moving rooms and dealing with this that I didn’t want to take away from our day at Discovery Cove by taking the time out to further deal with their negligence. So the next day we promptly packed our bags and checked out. What should have been a fun family vacation turned into a stressful and expensive nightmare. Between the unsanitary conditions, the suspected bed bug infestation, the lost vacation time, and the additional expenses incurred afterward, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Since returning home, I have also attempted to reach out to hotel staff regarding our experience and have yet to receive any response. I would strongly recommend choosing another hotel if you’re visiting the Orlando area.

I usually give the benefit of the doubt to the bad reviews in Google. However, this hotel definitely is a 0/5. Moldy carpets in the room, bed bugs, bathtub filled with grime and the a/c unit spreads spores everywhere. I now have a bacterial infection in my lungs due to the particles that this filthy ventilator spread.

FALSE PICTURES, FRAUDULENT CREDIT CARD CHARGING AND BED BUGS!!. For starters the pictures look nothing at all like the place, Literally looks like a scary movie scene cause theirs very minimum lightning on the outside. They've gotta be old pictures back when it first opened. The pool is green, all the outside of the motel is covered in mold. The inside entry is moldy smell. Only 1 elevator works. Bottom of the tolite leaks, mold under the wallpaper in the bathroom. You have to pay $7.50 per night service fee to receive "free WiFi and free parking". And they fraudulently charged both out credit cards for some Apple gift cards. Also they were dead but their were bed bug eggs and droppings under the mattresses.

Just don't do it. Especially if you have kids like i do<3 and below>The building and poolhas clearly not been pressure washed in years. Halls smell like mildew. First night fridge didn't work.....I'll give them credit though..they replaced it. Oh yeah make sure you don't include a mid day shower as part of your plans for the day..... because when you get back to the hotel after a long day you won't have hot water to bathe with. Today is my last day here. It's been so bad that I almost submitted this review 2 nights ago. Glad I didnt....because last night....the last night......there was a bed bug in our bed. We had to switch rooms. Been here 5 days house cleaning never came once. Been trying to speak to a manager the 3 days...but the manager Paula never came. Stay away from this place....

This hotel was likely great a decade ago. It's really a shame how it's been allowed to deteriorate. The hotel obviously has been struggling financially for quite awhile, but low-cost improvements, basic maintenance and general upkeep just hasn't happened. A five story, 100+ room hotel should have more than a dozen rooms booked at a time (based on the number of cars observed in the parking lot throughout my stay). This place won't be around much longer, unfortunately. Other reviews describing it as a "ghost town" are accurate. In-Room Cons: The carpet was splattered with bleach-like stains, the box spring was manufactured in 2002 (and you could tell), the linens and towels were very old and sad, the shower head was covered in mineral deposits, one of the table lamps was broken, the air conditioner was unreasonably loud, the ironing board was covered in brown stains, the bathroom door was splattered with an unknown pink substance, bathroom sink water was too gross tasting to drink. In-Room Pros: No evidence of any bed bugs, fridge worked and was cold, as was the AC, shower water pressure and temperature was great. Other: No exterior upkeep at all, an impressively poor job actually. Broken lights, branches down, cigarette butts everywhere, old dirty diaper in the parking lot, everything covered in, or smelling of mold/mildew. The shear number of stained ceiling tiles throughout was also impressive. The pool hasn't been cleaned in at least months - years? It doesn't look like anything has been done since it was built, and anything that broke, has stayed that way. It's listed as a 3.5 star hotel but is far from any other 3.5 star hotel I've stayed in before.

Booked through hotwire, arrived after driving for hours, got to the hotel and they didn’t have our reservation. We had to wait 25 minutes to have them book it in their system. The room was big but the bed felt like it had been overused and creaked, the pillows were worn down and the soap in the bathroom was the smallest I’ve ever seen. Here’s the kicker... I have developed bites in my arms and legs which until proven (I see the doctor tomorrow) I think their bed bugs! I’m so disgusted!! Stay away!

DO NOT STAY HERE. After reading several reviews saying that there were bed bugs here, we decided to check our bed as soon as we arrived. We found bedbugs in our "clean" hotel room. Gus, at the front desk, told us that they have never had anyone complain of bedbugs before. He also said verbatim "if you don't like it, you can leave". When we asked to speak to his manager, apparently named Paulo, Gus refused to contact him or give us a phone number. We were stranded at a disgusting hotel at 8pm in Orlando with nowhere to go. To top it off, everything was out of order (ice, vending machines, and lighting), we were automatically charged for Wi-Fi even if we did not want it, and we were stuck dealing with Gus who was extremely rude. Gus refused to even look at the evidence of bedbugs. After hours on the phone with Priceline, we were finally refunded our money. Even after the fact when we asked to speak to the manager (again), we were told by another employee named Roberta that "Paulo is in the building but we can't find him". Through Priceline, we learned that Paulo said that he had 4 people check the room and couldn't find any evidence of bedbugs, just regular bugs. What!? So having "regular bugs" in your sheets is the norm? Disgusting. Don't let the low price sucker you in. Stay away!!!

Beware of this hotel its horrible!!!!! Here are a few reasons why you shouldn't stay for longer then a day: the decor is similar to a 1960s motel, the main level has a mildew odor that hits you at the door, the furniture looks like they purchased it from the flea market, the pool is dirty and they have bed bugs but the location is great. I will never stay or recommend this hotel to anyone.
