Bed bugs in their lounge sofa. Be cautious! Never again to this place. 🪳🪳🪳

WATCH OUT FOR BED BUGS! Stayed here for about 30 mins and found it extremely disappointing. I checked in and found that the room was quite messy with other peoples belongings everywhere, the showers were ok but definitely had seen better days. Most lockers were either broken or missing keys. After laying in bed I sat up only to realise there were two bed bugs at the head of the bed. I squished them and checked under the mattress and found nothing, so I gave it the benefit of the doubt that they were the only two. Upon coming back from the shower I closed the curtain to see more bedbugs squished into the curtain and crawling around! I asked for an immediate refund. I will say the staff are very nice and helpful and refunded me on the spot.

Hostel had bedbugs, room doors didn’t lock, lockers had no keys and didn’t lock. Staff were friendly, toilets and showers had a strong urine smell.

Originally booked the 10 people room but they said they’re overbooked so they upgraded me to 6 people room. I extended a couple more days and got transferred to my original booking, however, the bed that I got had bed bugs! I reported it to the front desk but they just wanted to change my sheets and I told them no need because I’m already checking out. While packing I saw another bug and gave it directly to the staff and they took action and sprayed bug spray on the bed.
