Hardly acceptable, rather than exceptional Hidden costs and bad customer service - no 24 hours front desk - open until 21:00, if you are late 40 EUR fee - if you decide to pay 20 EUR for parking of your car, your car is locked from 21:00 -09:00. We needed to change our plans last minute. - check out time at 10:00 - you cannot check out before 09:00 ( loooong queues, no quick option). - online self check in, with very bad ID recognition software (you have to use it, no manual option). - exceptionally rude receptionist - very poor English, very slow, she cannot answer what she is asked, just what she have learned by heart, despite of self check in done, waiting time for key was 30+ mins, very grumpy as she was ‘waiting us all day” - our reservation was done 2 hours before arrival?!?! - building- weird smells of old, mold, - room - AC not working, bed sheets are awful, weird smell too, open wires, rather dated and clean but not spotless, you cannot lock the room in any way - last but not least some bed bugs attacked my daughter, absolutely not acceptable
