   • I trusted Mr peace when I booked the tour and that trust was broken. He is good at manipulating. My friend and I felt harassed after I told him what was happening.

   Booked a tour with this company and genuinely never felt so close to abduction and SA. If you are a solo female traveler, book somewhere else, it’s not worth your safety. I trusted Mr peace when I booked the tour and that trust was broken. He is good at manipulating. My friend and I felt harassed after I told him what was happening. These tour operators are also not paying at some of the accommodations you’ll be staying at. If you are a woman, book somewhere else, not worth your time or safety

   • I got woken up at 520am to someone walking in our room and then walking back out.

   When me andy partner checked it Mr peace was constantly trying make up go to there family night and made it feel like you have to be there .me and my partner were in a mixed door but just a few hrs later after we had checked in a lady came up and she had been told it was just a woman's dorm(she wasn't to fazed) when we went down to play pool later that night Mr peace was asking so personal question and made both of us feel very uncomfortable.though many hostels they provide day trip out and activities (we did the mario cart )when we were trying to find out deals and what he does it was once again the same feeling of you have to go with them and no one else (we didn't ) we found a compy on get your guide which was cheaper and we didn't get pushed into anything.us and a few others from Mr peaces hostel done the same ,we didn't tell him where we was going but when we came back he didn't see us all together.he started to ask us all how was our day which was fine but then it was how was the mario cart and how were your new friends you went with.all of us couldn't understand how he knew as none of us had told him .later that night (our other room mate had gone earlier in the day) I was just sorting washing out on the floor when our door then comes open to be greeted by another nice lady (10.30pm ish ) however when she came in she asked me if I was staying when I said yes I'm on the other bunk. She then wasn't happy and kicked off saying that I was in the wrong room as she had book a woman dorm not a mixed.i don't know what the issue was but it seemed that they constantly got rooms maybe over booked . eventually she was all sorted and me and my partner when to but but then I got woken up at 520am to someone walking in our room and then walking back out.i didn't pay much notice as was used to it with the other mixed dorm hostel.but them at about 630 ish I got woken up again by our door opening again and a lady had walked it in ,thinking to my self why is someone coming in at this time and didn't drop any bags .they went straight into the bathroom which then I started to here running water.they were haveing a shower,I couldn't believe that someone had just walked in and gone to take a shower.i drifted back to sleep for a bit to then be woken up by the bathroom door opening and as she was leaving she saw I was awake and not even a word as she left the room .I told my partner that that's it.we finished packing our bags and got gone early that morning. You have no privacy, constantly made to feel uncomfortable,you get scheduled into the wrong rooms and no security in your rooms. I would highly not recommend staying here

   Avoid this place. They messaged me the day before I was to arrive to abruptly say that they were full and to find somewhere else stay. My booking was confirmed through booking.com. I contacted booking.com after I received the message and booking.com called the property. The property told them that my booking was still valid and there was space for me, this was a lie from them. After that, they messaged me on WhatsApp to tell me that they are full and to find somewhere else to stay but I could stay with them if I paid double the price listed on booking.com. They refused to cancel my reservation on booking.com meaning that booking.com couldn't help find me alternative accommodation. I had to pay a high price for a last minute accommodation elsewhere. As you'll see from other reviews they'll blame a system error. If the same system error keeps occurring then change your system or it's maybe it not an error, maybe it's another lie. Disgraceful and dishonest behaviour. Avoid this place.

   This hostel tried to SCAM us. We made a reservation and already paid more that 5€ for the reservation. As we were already on the way to the location the hostel emailed us saying that they were already fully booked. When the reservation was made there were still many rooms available. The host tried to get us to cancel our reservation and pay the full price of all the nights we were meant to stay there. Because we were informed only a few hours before arriving the remaining options for hostels are very limited and more expensive. This also means that our shuttle service included in the bus to Da Lat got cancelled forcing us to pay for transportation from the bus station to a new hostel. We would also like to note that the reviews of this hostel are being deleted by the owner.

   The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever had from a Hostel. I booked a dorm room from Feb 22-24 on January 14 for 62k. On Feb 18 they sent me an email with recommended tours and thanking me for booking with them. The night of Feb 21, they email me asking if I’m still coming, which I reply yes. They email me back saying there’s no dorms available for me, even though I had a confirmed booking. They offered me a single room for 560k. They then canceled my original booking from Jan 14, so I lost my deposit. Their excuse was that they only saw the booking the day before my arrival (even though they sent me a personal email on Feb 18) Extremely unprofessional, I would not recommend this place to anyone.
