We arrived after 4 PM and there was no staff to help us check in. I had to go to the bar and ask for assistance. On the way to our room, there were tents everywhere, creating a serious tripping hazard. The room was terrible—a breeding ground for mosquitoes. The towels we received were dirty and smelled awful. After a night out, we came back to loud music playing after 2 AM, making it impossible to sleep. To make matters worse, there were bugs in the bed. We couldn’t stay any longer and left in the middle of the night. This was by far the worst place we have ever booked.
