Rude and helpless staff , rude and unprofessional language use by the receptionist,all staff from Bangladesh which is very very poor service.This place is NOT clean at all. I went to sleep at night and felt something biting and crawling all over my body. At first I thought I was imagining it, but when I turned on my phone flash, I saw BEDBUGS crawling on the bed. I immediately packed my clothes in panic. I went straight to the reception hoping they would change my bed, give me another room, or at least do something. They did nothing. No help, no solution, no apology. I was forced to leave at 3 AM, and I had booked two nights--the second night was non-refundable. Even knowing the situation, they refused to refund or compensate me in any way. Because of this, I was forced to leave the hostel in the middle of the night with no booking, no place to go, and no assistance. This is completely unacceptable and honestly unsafe. Bedbugs are a serious issue, and the staff clearly do not care about guests at all. If you care about yourself, DO NOT STAY HERE. Staff are rude and no help

About Reseption very poor very harsh speaking. Room have bed bugs. Complain about to chang mattress but not change .to clean the room have to remind them . Washroom have no tissue in evening .morning it is available. Very bad experience.

DISGUSTING HOSTEL. The place is filthy. When I went to sleep, I felt bites and crawling. Turned on my phone flash and found BEDBUGS on the bed. I packed my clothes and went to reception at 3AM for help. They did NOTHING. No room change, no refund, no care. I was forced to leave the hostel in the middle of the night with NO BOOKING AND NOWHERE TO GO. I had booked 2 nights (second non-refundable). If you care about yourself, DON’T STAY HERE. Much better and cheaper hostels around Chinatown.

I stayed one night.It was not the worst,but not the best either. My 10bed dorm was supposed to be on the 3rd floor(quite steep stairs), but they did not have lower bunk bed available as I requested,so they upgraded me to a 4bed dorm on the same floor which was nice. AC worked.Bed was okay.There were spots on the sheet as a proof of bed bugs from the past,but my bed luckily did not have any. There was no lamp next to the bed. There was no locker in the room and the ones in the corridor were locked/locked was broken. Bathroom/toilets were not the cleanest but still doable. Location is perfect,so it is okay for a night or two.

Disappointing Stay The experience was below expectations: Poor lighting in rooms and reception area. Lack of attention to guests. Showers and taps were in terrible condition. Beds had bed bugs and were unstable. Bedsheets and towels were in unacceptable condition. The A/C was noisy and barely functional. You can find better accommodations nearby for the same or even lower price.

1. The staff at the counter tried to double charge me the tourism tax. Since I booked the room with Agoda, the staff at the property tried to double charge me. Even after I show them the amount on the booking confirmation, the staff appeared to confuse me. 2. The room is super noisy as there are Indian customers still in the phone in the midnight. Even worse, they speak with loud voice and seems there are no other people in the room. 3. no hot shower water and the toilet is a disaster. Bed bugs exists. Super dirty! 4. No AC or Fan in the lobby. Consequently, customers never stay in the lobby. 5. No lift, have to climb three upstairs 6. Public transportation is hard 7. The only good side is the location, which is close to the central market. However, this is not a must since you can easily take public transit to the market wherever you stay. OVERALL, Don't choose this hostel or you will feel a great regret!!!

I stayed up catching bed bugs Every Single Night, same after switched room. i put them in a box to count, at the end of my stay I caught about 20+ of them big and small as you can see on the photos( took videos but couldn't post here). Generations of bed bugs swamp your hostel, which means it's been happening for a while. And yet it continues. Also attending the bed was a giant cockroach, while Mickey Mouse having the best of his time scouring the floor where guest tables are set at lobby. Also lobby and every guest floor: 24/7 cigarettes smoking and loud chatters, viewers can fill in the blanks what type of people inhabit the place. Why I put this out now to you bois, after I said I wouldn't, is because I heard you tryna charge my friend 40 riggit walk-in for a dorm bed, when out there single rooms cost 55, you're outta your minds, given the level of appalling infestations, abject disgust and harm you put people through. If someone pays you 1 riggit, it's overpriced, having to suffering bed bug scars, insomnia and 2nd hand cigarette smoke that you rampantly condone and participate. You have an entire property building with ample space and you guys run it down to the degenerate slum it is. I'll rather sleep at the airport on the cold but clean floor than subjecting myself to such horrors that you believe are okay for living conditions. Please keep the bedbug paradise to yourselves. It's morally wrong for me to be silent.

The staff are very friendly, but this place is in shambles. Its really bad. I tried to tough it out for the two nights I booked, but I woke up with bed bug bites in my armpit the first morning and decided to go. Took a short walk around the neighborhood and found a better room with a private bathroom for $5 less a night than what I paid here.

I stayed in January 2019 and the room was Infestwd with bed bugs! In 2 days I count more than 110 bites. This is disgusting, a nightmare. Unfortunately that time I didn't have information about what could I do in these cases as a guest, my rights.The staffs were not helpful, the lady until tried to minimize my situation saying that there isn't bed bug there and it was a food allergy, but after i read in TripAdvisor their guests complaining about bed bugs as well...so wweird. Then I went to Langkawi and the staff notice my blemishes and require me to wash everything, my bag, clothes before the check in, otherwise they would not accept me, i felt so humiliating! And no internet upstairs!
