+ Nada porque no llegarnos a entrar por desorden de ellos.
- Cuando llegamos nos indicaron que no tenia la habitación disponible. Por mas que era las 11 de la noche y estábamos con 2 menores de edad, no nos brindo ni la habitación ni ninguna solución. A demás de realizar varias llamadas para confirmar nunca se obtuvo respuesta alguna, si es un hospedaje se supone que deben atender las 24 horas.
très spécial ! ils pratiquent leurs propres taux ils ne tiennent pas compte du prix de la réservation sur hostelword. Ils louent la chambre 2 fois, j'ai du dormir sur le sofa dans le salon parce qu'ils ont loué mon lit à une autre personne !
They rent the room 2 times, I had to sleep on the sofa in the living room because they rented my bed to someone else !

- チェックアウト後に再度支払いの請求の連絡が、what's up経由で来ました。 宿泊費、送迎タクシー代、ランドリーサービスの利用料を払えというものでした。 宿泊費とタクシー代は現金で支払い、ランドリーサービスなど利用していないのにもかかわらずです。 この宿での現金払いは おすすめしません。 一部のスタッフでの不正があるようです。 カード払い等の客観的な証拠が残る支払い方法か、支払う際に動画を撮ると良いかもしれません。
The reception had a lot of random furniture which made it quite cramped. The kitchen and our room had a strange smell to it. I don’t think the kitchen was cleaned regularly either. But the location is nice if you have a bus in the morning.
+ Water and other snacks were available to buy, and the place offers tours around the area, which is helpful if you need firsthand information about activities. I also booked a car ride with them to the airport at a good price.
- The information provided was misleading and incomplete, forcing me to stay in a room I did not want under conditions I found unacceptable, with no other option. The place is dirty and poorly maintained. Managing payments is a nightmare: whether in USD, BOB, EUR, cash, or card, there’s always an extra cost for some illogical reason. Unfair conversions and unjustified fees make every payment frustrating.
Cuisine très sal ! Pas d’eau chaude, quand on demande de l’aide au garçon de l’accueil il râle …

1.My bed was occupied by a man after to came back , that was my problem ? 2. I gave 150bolivianos but staff need to charge me 30 back because it was 120, but he didn’t until next day I reminded him he still didn’t until the 3rd time when I checked out I reminded him 3 times , what was his purpose ?
I read all the revieuws before staying here, and I must say Oscar is very nice and trying very hard. But we got put in the room on the top floor, with an "on-suite" bathroom. Only the big problem was that the "on-suite" bathroom was not on-suite, but that we had to cross an OUTSIDE terras to access our bathroom, even at night, which was freezing. And the toilet was next to the shower, so if you took a shower the whole bathroom flooded.... Oscar put us in another room after the first night, but b...
- I accidentally left my sim card from my phone in my room and got a notice from my carrier that it was put into another device. I am still waiting for my carrier to investigate the matter and find out if it was used and unauthorized charges was placed on my sim card.

I normally don’t write reviews, but this hostel and the staff deserve 12/10 stars!!! After being stuck in La Paz for almost two weeks due to the blockades, they did EVERYTHING possible so we could stay at the hostel during that time (they even let us crash on the couch when they were fully booked). The hostel itself is a cute house with only a few beds, which makes it easy to socialize. It truly became a home away from home, and I couldn’t be more grateful!
Eine Unterkunft, in der man sich gut wohlfühlen kann. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und helfen dir dabei dich in der Stadt zurecht zu finden. Nachts ist es ruhig und es gibt genug Decken, dass dir nicht zu kalt ist. Es ist ein bisschen weiter außerhalb, aber gut genug angebunden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, sodass man gut kochen kann und es gibt einen Wasserspender gegen kleines Geld. Die Unterkunft ist generell ein bisschen älter, aber nicht heruntergekomen.
A place where you can feel comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful and help you find your way around the city. At night it is quiet and there are enough blankets so you don't get too cold. It is a bit further outside but well-fitted. The kitchen is well equipped so you can cook well and there is a water dispenser for a small fee. The accommodation is generally a bit older but has not come down.

Super schönes und sauberes Hostel, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter und tollem Gemeinschaftsraum in guter Atmossphäre mit gut ausgestatteter Küche. Viele Möglichkeiten über das Hostel Touren zu buchen. Man kann im Hostel Geld abheben, um sich Gebühren am Bankautomaten zu sparen, was ich sehr praktisch fand.
Super nice and clean Hostel, very friendly and helpful Staff and great common area in good atmosphere with well equipped Kitchen. many ways to book tours via the Hostel. one can withdraw money in the Hostel to save on Fee at ATM, which i found very practical.
One of the best hostels I have ever stayed in! Very easy to meet people, a friendly vibe. So homely and clean! Most of all the guys who run the hostel are amazing. So helpful, friendly and kind. They helped me set up my SIM card for me as well!

+ Nos gustó la atención del personal y la cercanía al terminal de transportes. Pudimos descansar, para recargar energía y viajar al Salar, estuvimos en la habitacion Privada Suite, confortable, con todo lo necesario.
We liked the attention of the staff and the proximity to the transport terminal, we were able to rest, to recharge and travel to the Salar, we stayed in the comfortable private suite with everything we need.
Ostello gestito da ragazzi davvero bravi e disponibili per tutto, cercano sempre di aiutarti e venirti incontro quanto possibile. È molto vicino alla stazione dei bus, ma ad una 30ina di minuti a piedi rispetto al centro. L’atmosfera è davvero molto piacevole e accogliente, il personale è sicuramente il loro punto di forza!
Hostel run by really good guys and available for everything, always trying to help you and come to meet you as much as possible. it is very close to the bus station, but at a 30min walk from the center. the atmosphere is really very pleasant and welcoming, the staff is definitely their strength!

+ A localização é conveniente, especialmente para quem precisa pegar ônibus, pois fica próximo ao terminal de La Paz. Outro destaque é o atendimento: o rapaz que me recebeu foi muito educado, prestativo e simpático.
- Tive dificuldades em relação ao pagamento. Há cobrança de taxa para pagamento no cartão e a conversão não ficou clara, o que pode gerar confusão. O local tenta ter um estilo de hostel, mas parece um pouco desorganizado e também é difícil de encontrar na primeira vez. O banheiro deixa a desejar: o chuveiro é elétrico e não aquece bem, além de não haver box ou cortina, o que acaba molhando todo o espaço. Pelo valor cobrado, não considero um bom custo-benefício em comparação com outras opções. Além disso, se você chegar tarde da noite, pode ter dificuldade para encontrar lugares próximos para comer.
I just wanted to give a shout out to Oscar, Jhas, Matias, Nicol & Rafael! By far the most friendliest staff ever! Really helped me out when I was in a pinch! Was stuck in La Paz due to the strikes and wasn’t able to extend (due to it being all booked) but they allowed me to crush in the lounge/ couch area for the night!
Fantastic hostel! Highly recommend staying here, the staff are very kind and helpful with all your activities in La Paz. Super homey feel and has a great rooftop. I left a piece of clothing at the hostel and they kept it safe for me for a week!! Stay here.

Bien localizado cerca de la parada de autobuses. Me sentí muy segura y la terraza me gustó mucho.
I felt very safe and I really liked the terrace.
The hostel is nice and in a good location and the staff are all really friendly. Just be careful if extending your stay as for our first two nights in the dorm we paid €8 and the last night cost €14 for the same dorm room which nobody told us until we paid at checkout and I don’t think it was worth that markup price
+ As everyone noted, the staff are awesome! 6 minute walk from the bus station, no need for an uber so please walk. Plenty stores and food a few minutes walk. Beautiful views from the rooftop. The staff help with everything with so much kindness and understanding. Called me a taxi and put up with me and the person with me. Super safe area.
- The bathrooms were pretty run down, bring jandals/flip flops to wear in there. Toilet paper constantly ran out so bring your own. The dorms don’t have keys so come with luggage that locks to secure whatever, but there wasn’t any thieves there so your fine. It gets super cold, but there are plenty of blankets, and always spares in the room for warmth. No heating in rooms. Showers need adjusting for heat often. Maybe upgrade the shower curtains they are pretty old and tattered. My room was a mixed dorm on the rooftop and I loved it. With all that. I could stay again.
