Booking.com muestra actualmente dormitorios o habitaciones compartidas, pero HostelPunk no encontró un anuncio coincidente en Hostelworld. Revisa la configuración de las habitaciones y los espacios comunes antes de tratarlo como un hostel convencional.

I got severely bitten by bedbugs night one, and the receptionist was really nice about it. Upgraded my room and apologised. It would have been fine if left at that, but then the next morning, the receptionist wanted to move me to yet another room and downgrade. If someone is bitten by bedbugs, they haven't had a good sleep and will be in discomfort, so an upgrade is the very least you could do.

PERCEVEJOS!!!! Eu e minha namorada acordamos no dia seguinte cheios de picada de percevejo. Percebemos que os lençois estavam manchados mas não imaginávamos que poderia ser pior do que uma má limpeza, esse 'hotel' não vale o custo, não sei como um lugar assim consegue ter nota 8, um verdadeiro absurdo

Found a bedbug on my bed on floor 2. Luckily the reception was open but I had to change rooms in the middle of the night. Floor 5 was ok and cleaner. Unfortunately the rooms look nothing like the fancy pictures on booking or Instagram, the rooms are really run down and aren't cleaned well. There's dust and the bedding is old. There is nowhere to make a hot drink. As others said, everything bears an extra charge which feels very excessive. Showers - it seems to be a matter of luck if you get any hot or even warm water. I think I had warm water once so had to use cold water to clean myself.
