Auristelas Hostel

Accomodation is really small. There is not enough space for more people. One Bathroom for many people is not okey. Rooms were moldy and little bit dirty. There are bedbugs as well.

Malgré un certain effort du personnel concernant le nettoyage des parties communes, des punaises de lit ont été retrouvées. Par ailleurs, une seule salle de bain pour 16 lits est un peu inacceptable...

Bed bugs. There was only one toilet for whole hostel, and it couldn’t even be flushed

Les équipements électroménager ainsi que les toilettes ne fonctionnais pas et salle de bain salle. Vers minuit un homme que nous n’avions pas vu et qui ne parlait pas la même langue nous a conseillé de quitter l’établissement car il y avait des punaises de lit.

Ce que j'ai pas apprécié il ya quand meme quelques punaise de lits mémé si la dame elle nottoie mais j'ai tué deux punaise de lit

The owner confirmed check in for 2pm multiple times but would not open the door. We were left outside for a hour in the heat. Very hard to contact owner and he was extremely rude when he finally opened the door. Found bed bugs on the bed. Tiny beds and poor facilities. Ran out of toilet paper which was not stocked up until following day. Stairs to hostel are dangerously steep and front door can only be entered sideways as it is so small. One bathroom between at least 12 guests at full capacity. Bathroom stinks at all times.

ASQUEROSO! Si pudiera poner 0 estrellas lo haría. El peor hostel en el que he estado. Desde la puerta de ingreso que tienes que entrar de costado porque es demasiado angosta, escaleras muy empinadas. La cosa empeora cuando uno entra al piso del hostel, porque te da la bienvenida un terrible olor del baño que en 2 noches que me alojé NUNCA estuvo limpio, además que se comparte con TODAS las personas alojadas que son de 15 a 20 personas, UN ASCO. En la habitación miniatura que me tocó pusieron 2 literas que apenas entran y si uno está parado no entran más personas, las camas llenas de CHINCHES que caminaban por encima de las sabanas, las cuales para ser verano eran de un pésimo material super caliente que te hacían sudar toda la noche, los casilleros que tiene no sirven para nada porque no entraba una simple mochila mediana, y te ponen un ventilador roto y viejo para las 4 personas que duermen ahí en pleno verano. Definitivamente DESASTROSO!!!!

Er waren bedwantsen! heb thuis gelijk alles in de was gedaan. Daarnaast stond de deur toen wij in de avond terug kwamen gewoon open, dus iedereen zou naar binnen kunnen. Ook de badkamer viel tegen.

El día que llegamos estaban haciendo obras en el apartamento, mucho ruido. Mal olor, el baño sucio los días que hemos estado. Había chinches en la habitación. Un único baño para todos. La puerta del portal diminuta, teniendo que quitarte la mochila para entrar. La persiana del cuarto no se podía bajar. Habitación enana con dos literas. En la taquilla no entra una maleta de mano.

Decian que habia chinches y me asusto eso. A mi no me picaron pero es el miedo el que no te deja dormir

Ich wollte nur eine günstige Übernachtung nachdem ich per Flugzeug angekommen bin. Ich habe das günstigste Hostel gebucht und dementsprechend keinen Luxus erwartet. Ich schreibe normalerweise keine Bewertungen aber in diesem Fall schon, eher als Warnung. In meinem Bett waren Bettwanzen!!! Hab direkt ausgecheckt und alle Klamotten heiß gewaschen.

Habían chinches me picaron y termine en urgencias por la alergia que me provocó a un dia de dejar el hostal

No me gustó la organización, la entrada al hostel ya que tienes que entrar de lado sino no puedes entrar, 1 lavabo para 30 personas y lo mas importante cogí chinches de dormir en esa cama.

Il faut pas y aller, tout d’abord il n’y a pas de réception, impossible d’avoir une communication quelconque avec l’hostel, il y a qu’un seul toilette et douche dans tous l’hostel donc vous pouvoirs imaginer déjà les bagarres pour la salle de bain, il fait super chaud dans les chambres, la lumière du couloir est tout le temps allumé et celle-ci pénètre dans les chambres, c’est pas proposé du tout et il y a de punaise de lit. L’hébergement n’est pas très cher mais même ainsi, il ne vaut pas la peine.

Nur ein Bad für alle Gäste, Bettwanzen?

La cama tiene chinches me picaron terrible. Es un solo baño para todos y no lo limpiaban estaba lleno de pelos y olor a meado siempre entiendo que es barato pero prefiero que cobren más y sean limpios. Luego no hay nombre del hostal y numero de contacto tampoco estuvimos esperando media hora para ver si alguien entraba.

Primeiramente do proprietário, Sr Sílvio. Pessoa sem educação, arrogante e principalmente, insensível. Banheiro entupido, tive que tomar banho na água fria, e, o pior de tudo, tive que chamar a Polícia, a qual na pessoa de Margarida, me atendeu com muita fidalguia. Fui chamado de safado, estelionatário, entre outros xingamentos. Sou Professor, formado na UFPR LITORAL, e me senti humilhado, pois infelizmente tive problemas no Hostel do Chile, onde o proprietário é o mesmo, se soubesse, não teria reservado este outro hostel. Enfim peço providências pela plataforma, pois fiz uma reserva para um empresário, amigo meu, e cancelei em poucos minutos, e ele falou que é o Booking que tem que devolver meu dinheiro. Ainda, as instalações do Hostel do Chile, são totalmente insalubres, tem percevejos, baratas, o quintal todo cheio de entulhos, digno de ser interditado pela Vigilância Sanitária. Não dão nota fiscal. FICA AQUI MEU DESABAFO, E, ESPERO RETORNO. TENHO FOTOS E VÍDEO DO MEU RELATO. GRATO. CEZAR SCHNEIDER.

Las instalaciones son básicas pero okay para el precio. Pero las cámas son viejas, se mueven muchísimo y suenan que despiertan a todo el mundo. Las ventanas de la habitación no se pueden cerrar y entra mucho ruido del tráfico de la calle. Para colmo, la primera noche me picaron chinches y la segunda noche me cambié de cama con esperanza de que desaparecieran y también había en el segundo colchón. Recomendado si quieres ahorrar al maximo pero sino buscaría otra opción mejor

DO NOT STAY HERE!! I stayed at Hostel do Chile September 21st - September 23rd 2023 with my sister. Originally we had booked with Auristela´s Hostel, however 3 days before our reservation they had technical problems and transferred us to Hostel de Chile, another hostel run by the same management. Unfortunately we had one of the worst traveling experiences ever. The first day they put us on the fourth floor, which still had workers and painters. Our keycards were not functioning and a painter opened the door for us, meaning they had open access to our rooms! There were also BED BUGS on the beds! They were present both on the wall and on the pillow. We told the reception desk that we wanted to be moved (note that the receptionist is a different person than before). They told us the other member of the hostel staff was crazy to put us on the fourth floor because it is still not ready to host customers. The new receptionist even pointed to the health certification on the wall saying "it still hasn't received the health inspection certification". It is unacceptable that they let us sleep in a room that was NOT HEALTH CERTIFIED! They then moved us to the second floor. My sister, who was traveling with me, had a rash on her entire body! She was covered in bug bites and continuously scratching all day. We had to go to the pharmacy to buy medicines because the itching was unbearable. At this point we messaged the hostel and received no reply. The last night we stayed in another hotel as the hostel was not cooperating and we felt extremely unsafe sleeping there. The only thing they offered was changing our sheets. We messaged and called the management multiple times and received no assistance. The bare minimum we expected was a refund for the medicines and a partial refund. NOW WEEKS LATER STILL NO REPLY NOR REFUND. UNSANITARY AND UNSAFE!!

Une douche pour 15 (annonce de deux douches), punaises de lit, mauvaise aération de la salle de bain, propreté, manque d'intimité dans les wc et manque de sécurité (porte de l'immeuble ne ferme pas et un homme de plus de 50 ans a eu un comportement très étrange pendant la nuit, nous étions deux filles seules avec lui et aucun personnel présent).

This hostel should not be open to the public. Dirty, bathroom in very bad conditions, bad oudour, chinches in the mattresses, not aligned with the pictures.

Leider gibt es insgesamt nur eine funktionierende Dusche und ein WC. Wichtiger sind jedoch die Bettwanzen! Ich bin in der Nacht mit vielen Stichen aufgewacht, bei denen ich mir sicher bin, dass die nicht von einer Mücke kommen…
