Level of hygiene. I found a bug in the bed and some hairs. The floor wasn’t mopped and table also a bit dirty. They didn’t inform me on the wall of the building there was ongoing construction work that was starting every day around 7:20 am. Which was a loud drilling into the wall of my room. I also wasn’t informed about the problem of heat on that floor it was impossible to sleep it was over 28 degree in the room. Even tho they had two fans in the room it didn’t help the heat. The facility itself looked okay level. The WiFi wasn’t working. Even I requested to have my roomed changed due to unacceptable heat my request was refused, even I checked through a website they had similar rooms available, so they could arrange that.
