The Piccolo Hotel of Boracay

the wide varieties of breakfast, but it will NOT compensate the bad experience we had during our stay. 1. staff doesn't greet the guests or even smile. They're always looking at the ground or will avoid eye contact. Had multiple encounters where we made eye contact with them but their eyes went straight to the ground. You'd think this is a small detail but it really impacts your stay. 2. rooms are dull/doesn't feel very relaxing. feels like you're in a motel. tv's small and far from the bed. 3. requested for a room clean up early in the morning before going out then went back in the afternoon just to see that our room's still not cleaned 4. when they finally cleaned the room, i noticed that my toiletries & skincare products in the bathroom was gone. Apparently, they accidentally threw it away. ◡̈ they said they'll compensate but still ???? lol wtf happened 5. the hotel is located in an alleyway. if it rains during your trip, prepare to dip your feet in sewage water. 6. the hotel feels and looks so cramped. the hallways, elevator, the pool area. looks big because of the main lobby but thats it. 7. i felt something crawling on my foot that's why i had the room cleaned up. yes. there were bedbugs.

It was a so-so place to stay in. Not worth the price though. The place is bit worth the price. I also got bed bug bites.
