They were flexible with arrival dates BED BUGS! After the first two nights, despite the steps, we thought it was an unreal stay and couldn’t wait for more. Then a night of itching + no sleep came with no receptionist till 8am. Following this, we were moved rooms which seemed to be a little better but we couldn’t relax knowing what had gone on - still marked from the bites now. We got laundry done due to this and not wanting it to affect the rest of the trip and they still charged us - thought it could have been the least they can do. paid full price following this and no apology. Male staff excellent when needed suitcases taken up and down stairs, can’t fault them for that.
