there was no safe in the dorm room to keep valuables. the hotel is pretty new. they told me a safe for the rooms was being put in soon. but I felt that was an issue they should address. ASAP however. they had a safety box with the owner. and I could have kept any valuables with them. only one of the staff was English speaking. communication was a little difficult at times but not impossible
