How can I like being beaten by bedbugs? DON'T GO! BEDBUGS! Bedbugs are everywhere in the accommodation! During the first night I was constantly waking up in agony and then started itching. When I woke up at 5AM I discovered a big fat bedbug on the pillow. I took the pillow with the bug and showed it to the receptionist, she dropped it on the floor and only killed it when I asked. They didn't have any dichlofos to apply on my belonging (i was afraid they could get into my stuff which is likely). They moved me to the 4th floor and “the rest of the morning” was fine. Although, on the second night I noticed some blood stains on the pillow and some new bites on the skin. I had left this sh..twhole for a pricey hotel. I asked for the full refund, but they only refunded me the next 2 nights so it looks like they think they provided the service. It's the first time I come across such awful, terrible, disgusting experience. DON'T GO!

Everything is absolutely perfect I'm not sure if there were bed bugs or I got bitten elsewhere

Was honestly skeptical at first since I saw a lot of reviews complaining about the bathrooms and how because there is a bar right next to the building so they can’t sleep at night but I experienced everything but the opposite, nice bathrooms super clean (male, 2nd floor), service was amazing breakfast was served on time, amazing atmosphere to chat and make friends! If noise was an issue just wear headphones cuz none of the people in my dorm were being loud, everyone is respectful, WIFI is great (good enough to have a meeting), bed sheets were super comfortable (was scared of bed bugs initially but was super clean), very well air conditioned, 5-7 mins walk to different MRT lines (Raffles place & Telok Ayer) and legit a minute walk to 7-11 and budget friendly in comparison to other capsule hotels. I have nothing to complain about and would definitely come again! Honestly nothing they have literally put some themselves!
