Stayed here one night and got the worst bed bugs

DO NOT STAY HERE - as 2 young female travellers we did not feel safe here at all, and that was without our fellow rat companions keeping us safe at night. Along with their besties bed bugs. Luckily, unlike previous fellow travellers, we were yet to encounter their extended family of cocroaches. Despite all this, it's in a very good location, easily accessible to the city centre and the staff are nice. Most of the residents are older men and keep their curtains open all the time. The bathroom was adequate. Would definitely never stay here again, not worth the cheap price, spend a few more pounds and enjoy the space capsule hostel instead.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! I have just found bed bugs within my bed after being bitten alive, thabkfully it is my last night staying here and so I have left early in the morning to go to the airport. It is absolutely disgusting that people are still being allowed to stay here with a bed bug infestation especially as Singapore is known for its impeccable hygiene and cleanliness.

I recently stayed at 7 Wonders Hostel @Upper Dickson, and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The room I was assigned had BED BUGS! This is completely unacceptable and a huge health risk. When I reported the issue to the front desk, the staff seemed shocked but did NOTHING to address the problem. No offer to switch rooms, no apologies, and no efforts to make the situation right. Their lack of action shows a complete disregard for guest comfort and hygiene. What’s even more shocking is that this happened in Singapore, a city known for its high standards of cleanliness and hospitality. How can such a reputable destination have a hostel with such poor hygiene practices? To make matters worse, the shared toilets were always wet and moldy, which made using them a highly unpleasant experience. This added to the overall discomfort and highlighted the severe lack of proper maintenance and cleanliness in the hostel. Additionally, the phone number provided for the hostel does not work, making it even more difficult to get any help or support. I had to leave earlier than planned and find another place to stay, which was incredibly inconvenient and costly. Future travelers, BEWARE! If you care about cleanliness and good service, stay away from this hostel. Your health and well-being are at risk.

Habe dort Bedbugs bekommen und es war absolut dreckig und widerlich! Tue dir einen Gefallen und geh dort nicht hin!!

We found bed bugs in bed and staff was also rude. I booked the hotel for 5 nights but i left the hotel on the first day itself. They didn’t refunded me.. because of bed bugs we didn’t slept whole night. I want my refund.

Le personnel entre et sort dans la chambre souvent même tard, ils allument la lumière si quelqu’un arrive dans la nuit. 1 douche et 1 toilette pour 16 personnes. Au bout de la 2eme nuit j’ai eu des boutons qui sont apparus, 3eme nuit encore plus de boutons. Donc je décide d’en parler au personnel puisque je pense que ce sont des punaises de lit. Il me dit qu’ils ont jamais eu de problème avec ça et donc qu’il y en a pas. On a bien regardé le lit et on a trouvé des mues de punaise de lit partout, mais apparemment pour le personnel si il y a pas les bêtes ils s’en occupent pas. Je préviens les filles à côté qui me disent que elles aussi ont des boutons, pour autant le personnel ne veut rien faire. Donc je me retrouve avec des boutons partout et un personnel qui ferme les yeux sur la situation, bonne chance aux suivants.

Unfortunately we stayed here for close to a week's time. It's unfortunate because we were attacked by bedbugs 😭 Also, one of the beds was malfunctioning and the side plank of the bed fell on one of our roommates. The staff didn't take any immediate action other than apologizing. Another reason why you should think before booking here is, most of the room services (other than regular cleaning) were done even when the guests were present. They were painting the walls while the guests were sleeping.

Check-out 07-11, el personal del alojamiento desde que salen inquilinos, entran a hacer las camas, recoger cosas, hablando con la puerta abierta...No respetan las horas de sueño del resto (incluso a mi me abrieron un día la cortina para hacer la cama de otra persona que se había ido, impresionante la falta de respeto y vergüenza) La higiene para ellos es darle con agua a todo el baño sin secar nada y lógicamente sin haber toalla en el baño para hacerlo... La cocina es un microondas, NO existe una cocina Internet fatal (yo teletrabajo y me he tenido que ir a Starbucks porque cada 2x3 no había línea) Cuando volví a mi país fui al medico por varias picaduras y me han dicho que eran chinches (lo que confirma la poca higiene de todo el alojamiento, no solo los baños)

Had a comfortable experience staying here. The staff is young and helpful. The common room has a small waiting area with baggage storage facility. There are additional four washrooms outside of rooms. The beds are clean and comfortable. We and several other travellers experienced bed bugs unfortunately. Wet floor in bathrooms are to be dealt with. They'll start fixing things in the rooms without checking if guests are sleeping.

Bed bugs, the bathroom was dirty all the time, staff was fine, But still a bit disrespectfull when i tried to do a meeting by talkinh loudly and playing movies on phone.
