L’ambiance et l’hostel semblaient parfaits jusqu’à ce que je me rende compte de la présence de punaises de lit dans le lit. Je suis descendue prévenir le réceptionniste qui m’a répondu qu’en effet, cela était déjà arrivé plusieurs fois mais qu’ils faisaient le ménage une fois par semaine des chambres (???) J’ai demandé un remboursement qui n’a pas été accepté. Je me suis retrouvé à la rue à 3 heures du matin car il était hors de question pour moi de dormir avec des punaises de lit. Aucun geste de la part de l’hôtel. Je déconseille fortement cet hostel

The hostel itself is beautiful and close to Chinatown and a giant gym. The vibe is great and people who work there are very kind and helpful. There was a problem (bedbugs) but I think it happens in hostels sometimes and I haven’t seen it in the reviews so I don’t think it’s common for this hostel.. I checked out before the date but they they gave me my money back

Pros : Pretty hostel with AC Cons : We found a dead bed bugs in a bed (the room was changed after mentionning it). The private room with two single bed are very small. Impossible to unpack properly your bag in the room. The bathrooms smelled like sewage. Staff does not speak english and is not very helpful. Café was closed in the morning when we asked for a coffee.

Bed bugs

I totally doubt that a hostel with such lousy hospitality employees can exist. The man who owns this hostel and the elderly woman with glasses were the worst thing that ever happened to me. First of all, I found bed bugs in this hostel. And I reported it to these employees. Then they started insulting me by saying that I was lying for staying in this hostel for free because they didn't find bed bugs in my bed!　Then at 12:30 am they started using totally inappropriate language like I don't want to talk to you so get out of this hostel Get out. I explained that I was not asking for a refund or a private room, just a new bed, and that since it was a dormitory, I did not necessarily bring bed bugs, but other guests may have brought them in, and that I would not accept any kind of insult.(If you have any doubts on this point, you are welcome to check the security cameras.) The answer I got was a threat to call the police. They promised to apologize if I found the bed bugs and brought proof, and when I did find them and brought them to the front desk, they were unwilling to apologize. After repeating the same explanation three times, they finally admitted their mistake and apologized. Again, a hostel with such unprofessional and rude owners and employees should not exist. 世界中を旅してきて こんなに 最低なホステルはマジで見たことがない 。 本当に宿泊しないことをおすすめする。もっとまともな対応ができるホステルは星の数ほどある。 私がトコジラミを見つけてからのフロントの対応 1トコジラミは存在せず、私が嘘つきであるとよんできた。 2その嘘をつくことでただで泊まろうとしていると侮辱してきた 3警察を呼ぶと証拠もなく脅してきた 4私がベッドバグをこの部屋に持ち込んだと主張してきた（今まで噛まれたことはないし、初日にも噛まれていない） 5真夜中にチェックアウトさせると叫んできた 6もう話したくないからGO AWAYと暴言を吐いてきた 7証拠のトコジラミをもってきたら最初は謝罪拒否そして半笑いからの私の８回目の説明によりまともな謝罪 9そして改めて警察を呼ぶか？という問いに対しては答えをそらす
