+ Location
- They claim they cannot use the “official” conversion rate to Bolivianos, which resulted in an exchange rate nearly 25% worse. This made the accommodation far more expensive than the price listed on Booking.com. I consider this deceptive and bordering on fraud. They should explicitly disclose this on their Booking.com page to avoid misleading customers.

- Staff didn’t check me in properly (didn’t show kitchen and communal bathrooms), some of them seemed drunk but said we shouldn’t drink there at night (haha), bathroom had no toilet paper, overall there was not really functional community place (there is but it is not comfortable or facilitating connection). The wifi is not really functioning either. The vibe is overall cold and unwelcoming. Also, ONE electrical plug for a 6 people bedroom?!? Are you kidding us?

Had reservations with late check-in...arrived about midnight due to bus break down ring the buzzer and knocked on the door for close to 20 minutes before I gived up..then I was stuck walking through the city at night trying to find a place that had a bed available..ps they did charge my card for the night

- Our room smelled like mildew, and the sheets and towels were not clean. The bathroom window leaked terribly. We decided to leave a day earlier than expected because we did not enjoy our stay.

- Prijzige kamer voor wat je ervoor terugkrijgt. Het is enorm gehorig, we konden de buren horen lopen. Ook hadden we een kamer met een raam aan de binnenkant waardoor je iedereen hoort praten in de gemeenschappelijke ruimte. De badkamer was heel verouderd, net zoals de kamer zelf. Het ontbijt was op toen we wilden eten, maar werd wel (laat) aangevuld dus we stonden met veel mensen te wachten, dus zijn we ergens anders gaan ontbijten.
Unfortunately, the room was super noisy because it's next to a busy street and the windows do not block the noise at all. Therefore, I had big problems to fall asleep. The bathroom was also unpleasant. There is a huge common area, but without daylight, therefore, it's not comfortable to hang around - I would also say the Hostel it's not very social. The good points: The breakfast is okay for the price (there was fresh fuit what I appreciate) and there is hot water and heating.

- I was shocked when I got to my room, honestly. The value for money offered here is probably some of the worst I've had in Latin America. It could be half the price and would fit the type of accommodation offered. No idea what exchange rate these guys are using either, my room was 30% more than what was advertised on booking.

- Our rooms toilet didn't flush, got it fixed and it broke again. The shower was very cold and weak. Our room had a hole leading to the attic (whilst nothing happened, it was loud and very creepy). The breakfast was ok. This place is super highly rated so maybe we just got unlucky...

Great spot, close to the main square. Great staff and perfect for a few nights to chill and explore Potosí! Definitely recommend.

+ A very hot shower which is not the usual in Bolivia hostels we have found!!! Comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. There are lots of common areas - although these are a bit cold! Staff very unhelpful.

- Old building so our room was very squeaky. Fyi we didn't have USD so they were going to use bad exchange rate if paid in BOB. However we were able to pay via PayPal with no fee

+ Lage ist Top! Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich.
- Das ganze Hostel ist sehr hellhörig und jeder Schritt ist laut. Wenn man duscht, ist das gesamte Badezimmer nass, der Duschvorhang und der Klositz war kaputt. Die Betten sind unbequem. Es gibt im Zimmer keine Ablagefläche, es gibt nur ein großes Licht und es gibt nur an einer Stelle Steckdosen, die ebenfalls beschädigt sind. Dafür war der Preis einfach zu hoch.
