Brilliant location and staff were lovely Mattress was hard and uncomfortable There were bedbugs, we both woke up with bites all over us Shower kept going hot and cold while getting burnt without touching the temperature gauge Toilet was running all night which was keeping us awake The room wasn’t overly clean, there were stains on the wall and the floor could have done with a hoover
