Comfort Suites Downtown

The room was big and seemed nice at first. Also the location of the hotel is perfect, we were seeing a concert at the Bell Center and it’s only a 5min walk. But the hotel room was filled with bed bugs. We did not end up staying the night. The hotel had bed bugs. When we told the front desk they did not seem alarmed. They also didn’t give us a refund on site, we had to call booking.com and the agent had to call the hotel anyway to ensure our refund.

Location and amenities around the hotel. Great location if coming into town on train and attending events at the bell center. Breakfast was good and very busy. Lots of nice, fluffy clean towels in bathroom. The condition of the room, paint peeling, shower roads falling off in bathroom, beds OMG pull the sheets back and the mattress looked older than me very run down (no bed bugs where found :) a good thing. No remote for TV and front desk could not find one for us. Everything just a little or a lot run down, needs some serious TLC. All said it did the job, we were in the part of town we wanted to be at a reasonable price.
