BED BUGS amongst many many issues. We left early and the staff refused to give us a refund, saying it wasn't their problem. Here are the problems; Lift wasn't working. Staff were unhelpful and didn't explain a lot for our stay. Lockers were available upon request but were too small to fit even a backpack in. "Guests" (not sure if they had paid or had just wandered in) seemed to be wandering the halls aimlessly and sleeping in common areas making it uncomfortable to be around and mingle. There was a horrible smell throughout the entire building and in the rooms smelled like a smoking area.

WARNING!!! BEDBUGS INFESTATION! all over the place, running on pillows, walls... they gave me another room that was infested as well. terrible attitude, risking peoples health, seriously dangerous place.

Jedynymi plusami jest to że hostel jest położony blisko rynku i ma w miarę wygodne łóżka. Natomiast teraz przejdźmy do realji. Ceny z kosmosu. Pokoje niechlubne, sufit wygląda jakby miał się zaraz zawalić, ściany nie dość że całe uwalone, to wszystko przez nie słychać, listwy przykręcone na śruby, w pokojach jest mało gniazdek. Stan łazienki, "ok". Grzybicy można nabawić się wszędzie. W nocy pijani ludzie chodzą i się wydzierają. Zadziwiająco w łóżkach nie było robactwa pomimo cało ogółu stanu hostelu. Serdecznie z całego serca nie polecam. W takich cenach można znaleźć o wiele lepszy hostel. The only positives are that the hostel is located near the market square and has relatively comfortable beds. But now let's get down to reality. The prices are outrageous. The rooms are infamous; the ceiling looks like it's about to collapse. The walls are not only completely covered in debris, but you can hear everything through them. The baseboards are screwed down, and there are few sockets in the rooms. The bathroom is in okay condition. You can get fungus anywhere. Drunk people at night were walking around yelling. Surprisingly, there were no bugs in the beds, despite the overall condition of the hostel. I wholeheartedly do not recommend it. You can find a much better hostel at these prices.

Bedbugs had a party in my mattress, I found out next morning. Don't sleep 3rd floor, room No. 7 For whole hostel, there is no one iron.

When we arrived at 11:30 and we saw the room there were no bedsheets, only a mattress cover that was extremely filthy, completely brown of dirt, full of big darker spots and with pubic hair, not to mention the superficial cleanliness of the rest of the room. I went to talk about the bed to the reception, that made me wait half an hour, taking taking care first all the customers were arriving after us. Then they asked me what I wanted as if we hadn't talked before 😣. Then they said that after 20 minutes someone would have come to clean the room. After 40 minutes of useless waiting, I went to the reception and they asked me what did I want, again as if we had never talked!! Then they made me wait another time at the reception with a series of I don't know how many "Just a moment" without any care about the fact that we had a one year old baby that had to go to sleep. Only when I started getting upset, the woman at the reception diced to look if there were some available bedsheets. After a while she brought us a ball of not ironed bed linen that looked as well not clean but better than that mattress cover, and we had to prepare the bed by ourselves. Both days I woke up with bites from insects that were in the bed, probably bed bugs. Also about that the reception didn't care at all. to top it off, in the hotel there were drunkards, people who screamed at night, music outside the window until six in the morning and a couple who had sex in the shared shower, without locking the door. We didn't hear even one apology.

The place is disgusting. It is actually a motel, the hostel in the name is to lure poor tourists. There are many drunks and homeless people around and inside. Upon entering the hostel, sorry, a motel, there was a drunk man without this pants, changing in front of reception. The room wasn’t that bad, thankfully in ours there was no bed bugs, but, despite being on the 4th floor, you could hear the music coming from the nearby club till 4 am. The worst were the bathrooms, the female ones were clearly used by men. The piss was everywhere, even the wall. We left after a night and booked a hotel. The lady at the reception wasn’t even curious why we are leaving earlier. I think they are used to it at this point. We paid 84€ for 2 nights and for simmilar price you can find a better place.

I don’t think a lot of reviews do this place justice. The lock to my private room was fully broken, someone tried to break in (I put my bed in front of the door because I felt unsafe) constant fear of bedbugs, old building and not very well upkept. At the end and even during my stay, I asked for some sort of refund, they said no. Also, there are many apartments and old people here. I didn’t really see anyone my age (21). While the location was solid, I could have put this much lower.

Nothing! The beds in the share room are a disaster, there aren't enough electric connections in the rooms. In Google reviews many users report ( with pictures) the presence of BEDBUGS. I immediately left the hostel. Take care travellers. It isn't a good place for you. Usually it is a stop for Ukrainian refugees for a few money.

I didn't see any bed bugs. Even though I booked a private room, the privacy is only visual. My room was directly next to the common area where people speak super loudly even at night. You can find some unconcious drunk people laying down in front of your door in the morning. I can't say it's super clean but it's acceptable for the price. Location is great. I booked for 3 nights but could not stand and left the hotel after the 2nd night and booked another one.

Over 15 minute wait to check in as nobody in reception, in normal hours, and the number to call was for the phone sat on the desk, so I had no way of contacting. In 5 minutes of lying down I saw a bed bug crawl across, and as i panicked and squished it, i understood what all of the other blood stains on the sheets were- more bedbug stains. At 6am I woke to an old man sat on the windowsill but a few times i looked, he was staring at me. Not hostels fault but an idea of the guests staying here.

Plagado de chinches en las habitaciones, si no fuese por ese gran detalle estaría muy bien, pero sufrí hasta de alergias y tuve que ir al médico por la cantidad de picaduras, no exagero,las ves en la pared paseándose.

Établissement extrêmement sale envahi par les puces et les punaises de lit. Nous avons été énormément piqué durant les deux jours. L’établissement n’a rien voulu entendre et n’a même pas dénié nous changer de chambre. Ils ont conscience du problème depuis des semaines. Il règne au sein d’établissement une insécurité plus dangereuse qu’au sein d’une gare. La salle de bain est dans un état déplorable, la place de la ville est bien plus propre que la salle de bain proposée. J’ai déconseille fortement et préfère dormir à l’extérieur sur un banc que dans cet établissement

It's the worst hostel in town. I got a bed bug bite as shown in the photo, the toilet was extremely dirty and smelly. I also found a rotten apple that had been there for weeks. Dust was all around under the bed. The receptionist with glasses was very rude and grumpy. If you don't mess up your holidays, STAY AWAY!!

Our room went to the huge courtyard and disco music hammered until 1am in the morning. 2) i was attacked by bed bugs and still spend money to reduce the effects of itching and doctor consultations.

I got eaten alive by bed bugs while I was there! Staff said they didn’t have any other rooms I could move to, even when looking past them at the wall of keys to empty room

Room 310 bed B is infested with bed bugs. I was bitten by them severely. It is a serious issue which may result in shutting down the place by SANEPID - The authority that overlook health and safety standards. Please take this review very seriously.

Receptionist was rude. Also I had bad luck with roommates (of course it isn't on hostel but just keep in mind that it can happened to you)

Ich nutze seit Jahrzehnten Hostels und hatte nie Probleme mit Bettwanzen. Hier erhielt ich von Bettwanzen viele sehr juckende Stiche, die nun, fast eine Woche später immer noch jucken, unschön aussehen und nervig sind. In der ersten Nacht musste ich das Zimmer mit wenig symphatischen Alkoholikern teilen. Es war sehr heiß und gab keine Klimaanlage o.ä. Vom Innenhof schallte bis 5 Uhr morgens sehr laute Discomusik ins Zimmer, so dass man nicht wirklich schlafen konnte. Die Betten sind alt, die Matratzen total durchgelegen und zumindest teilweise mit Bettwanzen belastet. Sofa in der Küche total verschließen, wenig und teils unsaubere Küchenutensilien. Das Zurücklassen einer Tasche nach dem Check-out wollte man mir zuerst verweigern, angeblich kein Platz. Ich bestand aber darauf und es ging dann doch.

Rooms: The moment I entered my room, I was welcomed by disgustingly dirty, scribbled-on walls, damaged paneling, dust under the bed, and a horrible stench. I also encountered BEDBUGS and various other larvae—same as other guests staying there. I got over 20 bites in one night, its more than i got in UK within a week. Hostel does not care about it, its been a problem for years here and even if sanitary inspection was here many times, this hostel is still somehow open. Holes on the ceiling. burnt bedding. no hot water in public toilet, cold as hell. Staff: The staff is rude. Absolutely no respect, zero. They are impossible to communicate with—either ignoring you or brushing off your problems as “nothing serious.” It’s clear they only care about money, not about good reviews or making the stay pleasant for guests. Entrance: Right at the entrance to the hotel, you’re greeted by the horrifying sight of an old staircase and a rusty elevator that most likely doesn’t even work. There’s also a huge sign saying that the daily camera recordings are sent straight to the police. Rules: The hotel’s policy is strictly no refunds, so if you find bugs or mold in your room and demand a refund—forget it. You can “rent” a towel or a hairdryer for 30 PLN (around $7–8/€7–8), which is ridiculously overpriced. Pets are absolutely forbidden. The walls are paper thin, so you can hear every word and every step of the other guests, not to mention the location right next to nightclubs. The bathroom and kitchen are shared, so you have to leave your room and go out into the hallway just to wash up or cook—which is downright disgusting if you run into people who don’t even bother to clean up after themselves 🤢.

The conditions were terrible, dirty and loud. I was bitten by bedbugs and despite a positive response to my complaint, I've never received my money.

Worst hostel in Europe. Bed bugs, smell, dirt. Refused to give money back. Filled out a complaint form to get money back in 2 weeks but still no money back

Toilet paper kept running out butt I've emailed manager to buy and install hand held water sprayers to save money , save paper and give guests a fast , hygienic new age alternative...Ive noticed reviews by guests complaining of being bitten by bed bugs ... There are no Bed Bug Proof Mattress Protectors to defeat the little beasts but I also emailed this final permanent solution ...The hot water was way tooo hot in the shower and the thermostat needs turning down to a safe level.

The place is not dirty or bad indeed. The hostel is on a good location, right next to the center of Wrocław, which is really pleasant. However, in my room (N°205) were bed bugs and I found crisps under my bed, as it has not really be cleaned. When I saw the bugs, I asked to change my room, because there was no way I slept with these. The lady was very comprehensive and immediatly gave me another room (N°401). After a long check, this room was correct; clean and no bed bugs. The night was hard, even if the beds are OK. The noise isolation in this place isn't good, and since there are clubs very near, I heard everything. When I managed to fall asleep despite the noise, I was awaken near 6am because of the cleaning service. Let's not talk about the public rooms, such as the kitchen and the bathrooms (especially the toilets). Despite a great cleaning service, peoples in general are just dirty (I found hairs in the shower...). To conclude, if you want a place just to sleep a bit for a very low price, this hostel is ok. But keep in mind that it wont be the best experience in your life.

BED BUGS To anybody considering staying at this hostel, don’t. My girlfriend and I discovered bed bugs in the bed, and I was bitten. It was late at night and NO ONE but the kind security guard (who couldn’t do anything anyway) answered or was available to help us. We informed the agency through which we booked, and they told us that this was not the first time this happened in this hostel. We have photos and videos of the bugs running on our bed and our clothes, and I have pictures of the bites they gave me, and yet we received NO REFUND, neither from the hostel, nor from the agency. We were told that “the hostel refused to refund us” (verbatim). We had to sleep on the sofa in the common room for one night, and anticipate our trip back home the next day, at an additional cost that of course was not reimbursed. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT stay here. You can find much better for the same price.

The bed was full od bedbugs and they attacked us. We didn't sleep and they refused to get a refund.

The room was untidy and dirty. There are small animals by the name BEDBUGS, these animals (insects) will company you till morning making sure they suck last drop of your blood while sleeping

Absolutely disgusting. Woke up the find bed bugs crawling around. The bathrooms are filthy and smell horrible. Wouldn’t recommend not worth the money.

First of all, on booking it says there is a lift ( elevator). Well during my 7 days stay, the lift was broken and i had to take 3 suitcases upstairs all by myself. There are many people who got bedbugs bites. I didn’t tho. Just expect loud music from the near clubs during the night until the morning 😂 To be fair the place was clean and getting cleaned regularly. And there are very sketchy people staying there, so just don’t talk to them please 😅 One thing you should know, that for storage there is only one small locker you can get next to your room with a code. Buttt you will have to pay one time payment of 3 zl to get it. In general i would say and for its price. It’s really fine if you are going to stay for couple of days 🤷‍♂️

Unfortunatelly we found bedbugs in our room at night. We got another room inmediatelly, but we were afraid, if bedbugs didn't enter our luggage, which was in the room few hours before we came back from town after midnight.

There's a lot of bed bags there so avoid this place at any cost. Not worth the risk. My girlfriend had an allergic reaction to them so we had to spend lots of money afterwards for doctors and medication so she could get better. The receptionist also confirmed to us afterwards that the bed bugs are a problem there for some time as well as the lady in the pharmacy who said that she already met a number of people who slept there and then complained of bites on their body.

¡CHINCHES! He tenido que fumigar mi casa y poner en riesgo a mis gatas por culpa de los inquilinos que han venido en nuestra maleta. La habitación no estaba limpia. Tenía polvo y pelusas. Tras la primera noche, me salió una contractura por la incomodidad del colchón. En los pasillos olía mal. Por la noche se oía el ruido de la calle hasta tarde. En general, nos ha salido cara la broma. En otros viajes he dormido en hostales muchos más baratos y Jamás he tenido ningún problema así. Es vergonzoso que siga anunciándose como un sitio al seguro al que ir a dormir. Por favor envíen una inspección de sanidad.
