Yes! Lisbon Hostel

The vibe here is great for solo travellers. The staff is friendly and the property is centrally located. They keep activities up everyday and their WhatsApp group is active. However, they had a bed bug issue when I was there and the staff did not respond in a way I found comforting. I was bitten over 100 times on my face, arms, legs, and torso and when the bites first showed up I was told it was mosquitos even though they were all in lines and clusters. It wasn't until my last day at 4am when bites were on

Stayed in countless hostels, but this was my worst experience yet as I got bit by bed bugs. These platforms keep deleting comments of guests reporting such bed bugs and unfortunately new guests like me aren't able to see them when booking, even with a thorough research. Really hoping that this comment will stay as I've since found such occurrences go from this year to as far back as 5 years ago!!!

It was a good spot. I think there were bedbugs/mites on my bed because I left with red welts and rashes on my body. I told the front desk about it and they checked but said it was clear from any of it. I don't know what it was but my skin was itchy as heck. They regularly clean the facilities, but I am unsure about the bed situation. I hope they sort that out.
