La amabilidad del personal y la ubicación La cama tenía chinches y arañas, salí con unas picaduras que todavía no me han curado 4 semanas después. El baño estaba en unas condiciones... Y hay poco baño para tanta cama.

Kind welcome, easy check in. I requested bottom bunk, which i did get. Small but functional kitchen with all the amenities you might need on Camino. I got eaten by bed bugs. I have written message to staff on paper and in whatsapp message. I got response 2 days later saying they sre sorry, but they must have come in someone's luggage ( no s**t Sherlock) and they will be more carefull in the future. Thing is, when i woke up in the morning and seen bites all over my face and body, i actually looked below my mattress, and there were bugs crawling, with eggs and dirt that was there from before my arrival. I had hives for several days and had to go through every pilgrims nightmare of visiting pharmacies on the way, rather then enjoying Camino.

The property owner denied the bed bugs problem and also refuse to refund the stay, which is ridiculous. They claimed that they saw no bed bugs. What a joke.

No bed bugs, which is a rare find along the Camino. The fact that you have to make your own bed, which allows you to inspect the place properly before taking a rest. A spacious sleeping area is one of a kind, however, it is not proportionate in contrast to other areas. For a place with so many sleeping facilities there is way too little shower/bathroom & kitchen options/space. Rush hours when people prepare meals don't allow all guests to even find a seat at a table, or to access an available toilet while someone else is having a shower. Gender separation makes it even harder. Hence, common & intimate areas are way too small and too hard to access when needed, and should reflect the number of guests much much better. The "No shoes allowed" policy should apply strictly to all guests, not just some, by offering those with no sleepers or in-door flipflops an alternative solution. There is no dedicated space to drop a backpack, so luggage has to be left on the floor or in the sleeping box, while neither of these solutions can be considered hygienic.

We had to leave the hostel because my friend found a dead bed bug under the bed. And we did not get our money back.
