+ The location was central. This is the only positive aspect about all this hotel.
- Arrive without any offer of assistance to our rooms with our bags, no greeting by reception or any explanation about the hotel. We booked 2 rooms, and both bathrooms were full of mold. Bathroom ceilings were stained with water leaks and mold. Baths were full of cracks, not that we intended to use them, but they were in no state to be used. The couch in one of the rooms was very stained, showed photo to reception staff and they immediately had it replaced. After finding mouse droppings on window sills and balcony, we decided not to utilise the included breakfast. Room smelt damp and moldy. Cleaning staff need to be trained correctly and instructed to report unsatisfactory room conditions. Cleaning staff need to be better supervised, the volume of dust was not acceptable. Mattresses were torn and covered up with mattress toppers and protectors in an attempt to hide the mattress condition. Pillow was also moldy. Lift was filthy as was the bin next to the lift, rubbish removed from the bin, but the actual bin was dirty with rubbish residue and liquid on display in the bin. Check your room before checking in. We had 12 nights booked but checked out after 2 nights. This hotel is well below an acceptable standard and needs some serious maintenance and deep project cleaning.

+ Pool was nice . Breakfast no good. The whole property needs a clean it looks very dirty and dusty. My room felt very unclean bathroom floor was dirty. Overall the place looks tired and unkept. The positive is that it’s close to the night market.
- Je n'ai pas apprécié lors du règlement en dong, le réceptionniste nous donne un tarif à payer, je lui demande une facture car règlement en espèce? Il refuse et par la suite m'envoie un message qu'il s'est trompé et me preleve sur ma carte à la suite..je n apprecie pas cette démarche sans me demander mon avis.

- The hotel is old and has mold in the entire hotel. it smelled so bad that we had to check 3 rooms before we decided to check out and see another hotel. it was the worst smell I have ever experienced. the hotel has mold and it can cause sickness

- The hotel and the rooms where very dirty, full of insects and dust. Insects where even in the food served for breakfast. Extremely uncomfortable. In addition, it was very noisy.
Wij hadden dit hostel geboekt tijdens Tet. Bij aankomst was het hostel overboekt en moesten wij de avond zelf nog wat anders vinden. Het personeel zou ons hierbij helpen maar lieten ons 2 uur wachten zonder iets te hebben gedaan. Uiteindelijk hadden zij iets gevonden maar dat 30 min van het hostel vandaan, hierdoor konden wij ook geen gebruik meer maken van hun faciliteiten die ze aan ons aanboden. Communicatie had veel beter gekund!
We had booked this hostel during Tet. Upon arrival the hostel was overbooked and we had to find something else ourselves that night. The staff would have helped us with this but they made us wait 2 hours without doing anything. Finally they had found something but it was 30 minutes away from the hostel, which also made us unable to use their facilities that they offered us. Communication had been much better!
The hostel just kinda sucked. From check in to check out, it felt like a chain hostel. Booking male or feStaff would forget to bring you your coffee after you pay. I had one instance where I was sitting down and put my feet on another stool. The guy physically grabbed my feet and moved them and got upset, staring me down as he walked away. Overall, just a less than optimal experience. I’m sure the manager is going to come belittle me and attack this review, like he does for all negative revie...
Nice and clean. No ventilation in the mans room what made the room smell horrible. Only complain is that I got really sick, I told the staff but got no support and had to leave my room asap. I was so sick i couldnt walk. No help / support no nothing. Only had to leave the room for the next customer what gave me a bit of a too commercial vibe. Roommates had to pack my bag and Carry me out the room. Overall nice and clean hostel, good vibes.

Shout out to Jack, Juju, Jeff and Aven for making our Hoi an experience an incredibly enjoyable time. Events on every night from pub crawls to quizzes with great prizes up for grabs. Rooms were clean as well as the toilets and showers. Nice pool and nice restaurant, however it was slightly on the pricy side. You can book all your transport and activities through reception as well which is a great perk. Would 100% recommend staying here.
I only stayed here one night on my way to Saigon. If you are looking to meet fellow backpackers this is the place for you, this hostel is very social. There are activities advertised all around that they can help you book. The hostel is a short walk away from the Old town/market area and It's a short Grab ride to the beach.

Clean hostel in a great central location in Hoi An. The food and drinks were nice, they had some fun events at night, and it was quiet in the dorms regardless of what was happening downstairs.
+ Great location. Spacious room and comfortable bed. A five to ten minute walk to restaurants, shops and bars. All the staff were friendly and very polite. The reception and restaurant area were clean. The outside space around the pool was nice
- The rooms are a bit tired and could do with a renovation. The shower could do with a proper enclosure instead of a roller blind screen which doesn't really serve a purpose. Water from the shower splashes into the main area in the bathroom leaving puddles. The wicker sofa on the balcony was way past it's best and uncomfortable. Sun loungers around the pool need replacing

Perfect location!! Not the most social but pool is great, rooms are big and breakfast is nice.

No bathrooms on second floor so had to go downstairs and around the pool just to use the toilet. Signs everywhere telling us not to complain because we booked the cheapest room… Big spaces between the beds so it was easy to lose stuff, ac wasn’t on during the day so it was incredibly hot. It was very social and I did have a fantastic time on the pub crawl and the volunteers were great. 75,000 dong for a beer is ridiculous though. Overall I did have a good time but a lot of things were strang...
Ich fande es sehr enttäuschend! Es fing damit an, dass das Personal eher genervt und unmotiviert wirkte. Die Betten waren wirklich steinhart und in meinem Bett, direkt an der Tür, ist das einzige Fenster des Zimmers und das zeigt zum Flur in dem das Licht NIE ausgeht… Das heisst: ganze Nacht wurde es nie richtig dunkel! Dazu sind die Klimaanlagen nur in den Zimmern vorhanden, nur von 11-19 uhr an und das ist bei der Hitze in Hoi An eine absolute Frechheit. Sehr enttäuschend
I find it very disappointing! It seemed that the staff seemed rather annoying and unmotivated. The beds were really hard and in my bed, right by the door, is the only window of the room and this points to the hallway where the light does NOT go out... That is: all night it did not get really dark!
Nice enough place. Aircon is turned off during the day meaning rooms are really hot at night when you go to bed and Hoi An is so hot it takes a while for them to cool down. Consistent trend with the free water not being available after a certain time so just need to be proactive about getting it in the day
