    BED BUGS. Host and volunteers knew there were bed bugs prior to my stay, but still allowed bookings anyway. Host said he'd replaced mattresses three days prior y my arrival, and room had been sprayed, but unfortunately he did not seem to understand that Bed Bugs are cyclical and take at least a month (3 spray cycles) to eradicate. I was spent 5 hours in the room and ended up with 31 bites. One of the volunteers was extremely rude, and clearly nobody was cleaning the apartment overall. Besides bed bugs, the unit needs a general deep clean.
