The bathroom lights were not working and its door lock was broken. There was mould in the bathroom. I suspect a bed bug infestation too. I was itchy all night and there were tiny blood stains on the bedsheets in the morning.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bed has good privacy. But... The bathroom was very disappointing - lights were not working so I had to use the bathroom on the outside. Slightly inconvenient at night. Also it could have done with better cleaning. It was falling apart with mold growth and the door lock was a fight in its own way. Also, I suspect that there were bed bugs. I was itchy all night and in the morning I saw small blood stains on the bedsheet.

The whole place needs some care and renovation from the owners, and for sure also some more love by the guests staying there too. It can come for cheap for one night, but wouldn't say good value for price. From the very first moment you step into the main lobby, everything looks untidy already, but oh boy the rooms toilets and overall structure is neglected and needs some deep renovation. They for sure clean the place but not thoroughly. I found hair, dust and other stuff inside my capsule, even on the clean linen provided. Which is NOT a good thing when the hostel looks run down with broken stuff and appliances that are just left there hanging. It is the kind of hostel were you sleep hoping you don't get bed bugs or else. Room n 4 - The radiator in our bathroom was broken and hanging from the wall. The shower looked moldy and the drain cover was gone (probably stolen or broken and never replaced), the rest of the bathroom was fine. In side a capsule, there is a display that I think was touchscreen and meant to regulate light, ventilation etc inside your capsule. It was turned off so clearly not working.

I stayed in a private cabin and couldn't sleep. At first glance it seemed nice and clean, but the night was terrible, I couldn't stop scratching myself. I think there are bugs in the bed and the cleanliness in the hostel is not the best.

DISAPPOINTED! £80 a night was far too much for this hostel. I booked a cabin deluxe for myself and my girlfriend for a lovely trip to Milan. A lovely trip we had but an awful stay in the hostel. The staff seemed pleasant on arrival and we were given a free alcoholic drink token, this is the end of the luxuries. The room lock combination was guessable by anyone that could easily walk in from the street and have access to my “secure” room with no key lockable storage facilities. I was reassured when the code got altered and made more secure, that no one else had that same code and it was unique to my room. This was not the case, EVERYONE, had the same code and left us with 0 security of our belongings whilst we spent our time in Milan. The walls are as thin as paper and if you are unlucky enough to have loud neighbours you will hear every single thing that happens, luckily this only bothered us for one of the nights but still could be a huge red flag for you. “Included breakfast” means you get a free croissant and few other things, wouldn’t exactly say this is worthwhile by any means but it’s better than nothing. The room itself, not large enough to change as the space between the bed and the wall was minuscule, 0 privacy for couples. The bed was on a 30 degree slant and left me waking up with my mattress almost fitting into the before mentioned tiny gap. 90% sure the beds had either bed bugs or mosquitos as I and my girlfriend were covered in bites. Barely any hot water in the showers and they were quite filthy about as much as you’d expect for a hostel but for staff that are there 24/7 you’d expect some levels of cleanness. Major take away is, seems somewhat ideal for solo travel or one night stays but for couples this is far from even adequate.

It is quite run down and old feeling, the in room and downstairs toilet are NOT cleaned at all, the shower was moldy and rusty. The keypads for the rooms are on the verge of falling off the walls. The lights in the main room was always on with no switch, had to turn it off at the breaker to have a dark room. Woke up with a lot of bug bites on face and body, don’t know if a mosquito licked itself in the room with me or if anything else was there, but it’s worth mentioning. Overall their slogan is “your social media hostel” well, it really is run down and deserve a deep deep clean and to be looked after.

Avoid at all costs. The hygiene is terrible. The bathrooms were dirty, full of hair and mold. Half of the time there was no hot water. The floor was disgusting. The toilet was disgusting. The cabines were very dusty and super noisy, whenever the person next to you or on top of you even moves a finger you could hear it. I also got bitten by something and now I’m paranoid it were bed bugs since I saw a review that said there were bed bugs. Currently washing all my clothes on hot temperature and left my luggage outside of my house. The person who comes cleaning the girls rooms is MALE, he comes in WITHOUT knocking and he basically just takes the trash out. No actual cleaning. There is a funny smell in the room. The downstairs area is not inviting at all, the sofas are all ripped and it’s a small and non-cosy area. Do not believe the pictures, I believe they are AI generated. I literally had to be out all day cause I was dreading to go back to the hostel. Unfortunately all the hotels around were sold out or very expensive last minute, otherwise I would not have slept there for a minute. Worst 3 nights of my life. I do not recommend this dirty hostel at all.

BEDBUGS!!! CIMICI!!! PUNAISES DE LIT!!! & Awful service Was laying in bed in the morning when I saw a bedbug crawling on the duvet 6 inches from my face. Caught that one and hoped it was the only one. Finally found out a ton of them crawling behind the fabric panels on the wall. Brought one down to reception to show them the magnitude of the problem. (As such they knew where they were hiding!) When I went down I was insulted I was very impolite and that I shouldn’t be there as I wasn’t dressed properly! (Pajamas: shorts ans t-shirt with slippers). They totally cared more about my outfit than a freaking bedbug infestation. I told them I wouldn’t be staying there another night, started trying to carefully take my belongings out of the pod/cabin while carefully inspecting them. During that time a (Chinese?) dude came to clean out the pod. Told him I wasn’t done. When I finished emptying it (with all my stuff in front of the pod), I went for a shower). When I came out of the shower, they had already put in clean sheet and towels for the next guest, without taking care of the bedbugs. I told him there were more behind the other wall panels - not the only one (guess I should have specified that to reception!?!?). He took them off, laid them on the bed, took them out of the pods passing them above my open suitcase then just got them standing against the wall in the hallway while he wiped the walls down with a wet rag to remove bedbugs. I can guarantee there is still gonna be bedbugs in there. And with the amount there is probably in nearby units (especially with their cleaning and disinfection skills). Also their whole management is just a joke. Booked a unit on an hotel website they falsely advertised as with a double bed - which is why I paid more. So, when I came in I had to pay an extra 5euros à night to “upgrade” to a unit that was advertised online for lower than I paid and was infested by bedbugs. Now they ruined my time in Milan and face hundreds of dollars in disinfectionu and dry cleaning for my belongings (leather clothes and bags, wool clothes, etc).
