Rencontré du monde. La propreté, au bout de quelques jours j'ai eu quelques piqures, pensant qu'il s'agissait de moustiques, je n'ai rien fait, mais j'ai découvert des punaises de lit dans mon lit et me suis retrouvé avec une trentaine de piqures, je n'ai donc pas fini mes nuits à l'hôtel

L’emplacement est parfait, tout est facilement accessible. La piscine et les espaces extérieurs sont vraiment agréables, et la décoration donne une ambiance unique et chaleureuse. Expérience malheureusement entachée par des piqûres de punaises de lit dont je me suis rendu compte après avoir check out. Pensez à vérifier le matelas dès votre arrivée, chose que je n’ai pas faite. Je ne l’ai réalisé qu’après...

The hostel has a nice vibe, the common areas are aesthetically pleasing with good music. The staff looked like they were forced to be there, there were never enough bath or pool towels, and there were BED BUGS in my room!!!!!!! First two nights I woke up with bug bites all over my leg, being very naive I thought that it was allergies from the blanket? Or mosquitoes, till that on my last night I literally felt something walking over my leg, woke up and another roommate was having the same problem, but she had even bigger bites than I. Talked to the attendant and she said that there were nothing that she could do and she didn’t know what time the manager would be back. I needed to checkout so got her e-mail, sent her an email and till this day I haven’t heard back. I reach out to Booking.com and they also try to reach the Hostel but with no success until now. I can’t believe that the Hostel is a nasty place like that, for a bed to have bed bugs the hygiene of the place is inexistent. Disgusting! I came home and double washed EVERYTHING being afraid of bringing that CRAP home, also spend money with cream to apply on the bites that are very itchy. I then went to read the reviews to find out that unfortunately I wasn’t the first one to experience BED BUGS, so PLEASE BE AWARE! Never in my life I went through that, and I’ve stayed in a lot of hostels, the worst part is that the Hostel is doing nothing, they are being avoidant and not giving a shit about my awful staying.

I experienced a serious health incident at this hotel. I was attacked by bed bugs in my room and suffered multiple fresh bites all over my body. I immediately reported it to the front desk and even showed them video evidence of the insects and my bites. I was left sitting outside the hotel, unable to stay in the room. They changed my room — but I was bitten again. I contacted the police and showed them everything. I spent my own money on medication and antiseptics. The hotel refused to reimburse me, did not even offer basic help like laundry, and completely ignored my situation. No apology, no concern, no responsibility. This was not just poor service — it was a health hazard and complete negligence. I strongly warn others against staying here.

Mi experiencia aquí no fue lo que esperaba, mi cama estaba sucia, y la de mi acompañante también. Dicen que tienen agua pero hay que ir lejos a conseguirla, el ambiente en la alberca es muy simple, no hay música, los anfitriones no promueven la interacción entre huéspedes, no hubo una invitación a las actividades que tienen. La ubicación está bien para tomar el transporte e ir a la playa, pero no hay nada de ambiente por la zona. Y lo peor, terminé con piquetes de chinches en las piernas 😣

The location is good so you can avoid renting the car and just rely on bikes/public transport. The place is as filthy as it can get specially the mixed dorm rooms. They have BED BUGS!!! The furniture is old and bunk beds do not have proper safety rails or privacy curtains. There is just one washroom per dorm which was never cleaned in 5 days so one can imagine how filthy it can get specially with random tourists around the globe and their cleanliness/hygiene awareness. We had to do airbnb on urgent basis on top of this existing reservation. I have lived in a hostel before and this one was probably the worst. If you are on a tight budget do yourself a favour and book airbnb which will be way better than this ghetto hostel.

BED BUGS!!!!!! Stay away!! The hostel itself is great - nice facilities, great pool and garden, clean, 1 block from the beach, but none of that matters when they have bed bugs. I woke up with dozens of bites on my arm. A family friend has dealt with this so I’m confident they’re bed bugs. They also don’t have a kitchen, their bar/restaurant is overpriced, and there were no social events during my stay either. It was really cold because of the AC and the staff would not give me an extra blanket.
