Black Panther Hostel

Pros - friendly staff. Free water and breakfast. Good water pressure in showers. Big lockers. Spacious beds. No bedbugs. Good price and location. Cons- there were some Mosquitos in the lobby and the bathroom.

The double room smell of an artificial aromatic product rather than fresh air, probably coming from air condition. The room smelt very stuffy and no window. The Room was quite small, just the space to have the bed and my bag. My bed sheets weren't cleaned and got replaced the day after, possibly got some bed bugs as got bitten during the stay, but can't confirmed at 100%. Pile fabric used for blanket inappropriate for humid climate

I had to leave in my pajamas and pay for a night in the hostel next door because they have BEDBUGS and because I was ALONE with an older drunk guy in the hostel, the door of the dorm wasn’t even closing. It’s written that reception is open from 7 to midnight but they left at 10 pm, no one was here to help when I needed to change bed because of bedbugs, nor answering the phone, I felt so unsafe.

I booked a private room which had bed bugs and stained bloody sheets. When I told reception, I had to wait about an hour for them to do anything. When they did, they did give me a new bed sheet and cleaned around the bed and mopped the floor and apologised which was good. Did some laundry there and wanted to stay around the machine for a minute whilst it started to make sure it worked ok - there was an older member of staff that yelled at me to get back inside and get away from the area. Awful

BED BUGS!!! Stayed in a private room on the first floor and found bed bugs. Lady at reception didn’t speak English and didn’t understand the seriousness of the situation and just wiped down the bed. Only after I insisted, she called someone who spoke English so I could move to a different room. Didn’t find anything suspicious there so stayed the night but woke up the next morning with bites. Staff clearly doesn’t know/care about bed bugs in their hostel. Highly doubt they cleaned the room after I left it.

Punaises de lit dans mon lit au premier etage. Personnel adorable était vraiment désolé et m’ont aidé a trouver un autre lieu ou dormir et m’ont immédiatement remboursé. J’espere quils vont regler le probleme au plus vite car bon emplacement et bon prix
