+ The location was good.

- Everything else. It wasn’t clean, no hot water sometimes staff wouldn’t clean the room, sometimes they would forget to leave any towels. I was moved from my suite because the air con was leaking, made me very ill. Hotel staff put me in a standard room and didn’t offer me anything compensation wise, just a. Free orange juice/ coffee everyday. Wasn’t offered any money back or a refund. This hotel doesn’t reflect the 4 star rating. Cracks all over the walls. Said they would fix the AC and just carried on leaking all over my clothes, been to doctors multiple times since I have got back. Still not been offered a refund which is all I want.

- The hotel is not very clean due to the age of the property. I attempted to use the hot tub and all kinds of disgusting growth came out of the Jets.

- All of it. It’s very tacky the rooms are tied the bathroom need replacing the towels are as old as the building and the bed is basically a concrete slab

- Terrible hotel – avoid at all costs. The rooms were extremely dirty, with insects, and the level of hygiene was unacceptable. The photos on Booking have absolutely nothing to do with reality and are completely misleading. The hotel tried to offer us another room, but it was even worse than the first one. Because of how bad the situation was, we were forced to change hotels as it was impossible to stay there. Despite this horrible experience, no refund was offered at all. The staff refused to reimburse us in any way. A truly disastrous stay from start to finish. 👉 Avoid this hotel at all costs. Do not trust the photos.

- I booked this hotel for 10 nights, but I had to leave after just one night because the room was extremely dirty and unhygienic. The curtains were stained, the bathroom was in terrible condition, and the bathtub (which appeared to be a bubble-style tub) was dirty all around and clearly not cleaned. The toilet was so filthy that it was impossible to sit on it, and there was a strong, unpleasant smell throughout the bathroom. Because of these conditions, I could not stay any longer. I stayed only one night and left the next day. I informed the hotel staff about the situation, but despite the unacceptable hygiene, no refund was offered. Basic cleanliness is the minimum standard for any hotel, and this property completely failed to meet it. The photos uploaded show the true condition of the room.

+ best staff ever: Lae, Jade at the reception, the room service ladies, the gentlemen who helped out with the safe locker. very professional, friendly, accommodating

- The elevator door made some problems and the view was not amazing

- Shower drain blocked 2 seperate rooms. Yellow jacuzzi water also in 2 seperate rooms. Mouldy cieling above bed. Aircon required a key card which you must ask for. Bar had ran out of alcohol even after offerred free drinks due to bad stay. No refund resoltion offered

+ They are very accommodating! First I got a room that had a "hollywood bed" (2 singles pushed together) So I told them it doesn't work for me that I need a real fullsized bed(I'm quite tall and over 120kg so the "hollywood" don't work then) So the manager fixed so I could change room to another room next door! Very good! Friendly staff in general! especially the bar guys working at the pool area! Also very quite area in Patong but still close to "the action"

- Also could need some renevations but it's a good hotel. The pool area could be done more to (stayed at neighbour hotel 8y ago and their pool area was great)
