Downtown Apartments

The location was good There is a bed bug in our room i didn't sleep during our stay

The apartment was spacious and the location was only a 2 minute walk from the main city. The instructions were not clear on where we were supposed to get the keys from. We first went to a building, which then we were told was only the office and that they keys will be at our apartment building. The entrance of our apartment building was very unexpected and completely different from the pictures. The entrance was at the complete other side of the building, near an empty lot. The stairs to the apartment building were very old and looked like they needed major renovations. The location of the washing machine was in the basement, which was similar to a cellar. The basement was old, dark and felt unsafe. It seemed like a very abandoned part of the building and had an odd smell. We had to use flashlights when using the washing machines, which also didn't work the entire time. Additionally, the bedsheets were not clean and we had concerns of bed bugs. A few members of our group had multiple small bug bites on their legs and arms after staying in the rooms.
