Hostal Cumbres del Volcan Flor Blanca

The staff were SUPER sweet but the room & bathroom was filthy looking and me & my bunk mates were worried we’d get bed bugs. It wasn’t a comfortable stay & the sheets & pillow weren’t good either. Needs improvement!

Bed bugs, and when I told staff they did not care about the issue

- checked in with 1 mosquito bite and left with 30+ - staff are nice and speak english and spanish - beds are extremely uncomfortable - window in dorm does not close, i got stuck in the bed next to it and woke up with 15+ bug bites for 2 nights. (30+ in total) - showers always leaking, very wet flooded bathroom floors - lockers are VERY small - safe location with police around - wifi is way too slow and doesn’t work - lots of kitchen supplies + rice cooker :D - low budget stay

Only stayed for 1 night to get a flight in the morning. Woke up with hundreds of bites all over my body, so I imagine there’s a lot of bed bugs. Wasn’t clean and there were bugs everywhere. No really storage place for belongings. I wouldn’t stay here again
