MOTOGO Hostel

- We booked a taxi with the hostel the next morning to catch our flight. But the taxi never came, when we ask the staff help to get a taxi they just laughed. Not be willing to book a taxi is absurd for an airport hotel !!!

+ reasonable price close to the airport. I felt very sorry for them when I saw them, and I was able to reaffirm that I was blessed with the environment I grew up in and the environment I am now.

- The mobile battery, plug and cord were stolen. My body is itchy from tick bites. My English is not perfect. However, I talked to the owner, but his English was difficult for me to understand, and I felt disgusted when I was talking to him. Of course, he is better at English than me.I've been to South Vietnam many times and I like it, but I don't like North Vietnam.I don't know if they have a low IQ or low intelligence, but it's interesting why Vietnamese people tend to be overconfident for their abilities without having a sense of humility.I have traveled to more than 300 cities in 70 countries and have stayed at many hostels. That experience made me feel that way.Guests other than me were checking out and I went out at 12:30 in the afternoon. Someone stole it in an hour and a half until 14:00. I think the culprit is related to the hostel.There were only couples in my room that day who checked in around 17:00.I think the owner and staff have a very funny heart.Because this place is in Vietnam, it can't be helped

+ The beds were comfortable and the staff were really helpful in organising a taxi for me from the airport to the hostel after I was being scammed by the drivers there. I really appreciated this.

- In all honesty, the cleanliness of the property was very poor and it’s a shame as the beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. I didn’t feel comfortable using their showering facilities so I ended up showering at my next acommodation instead. This would be ok as a one night stay before or after a flight but I wouldn’t recommend staying longer than this. I can’t score this property any higher because of the cleanliness issues which is a shame as the staff were lovely and the beds were comfortable. With some more attention to cleanliness the property could be significantly improved.

+ the photos on the website are not a reliable representation of the hostel . it’s fine for one night after a flight or before as it’s close to the airport but location was bad in general. the beds were big and clean but the bathrooms were in bad condition. staff was friendly (nihn) but slightly confusing. probably wouldn’t stay again

- Le lieu est vétuste et manque de propreté notamment dans les sanitaires.

+ So close to the airport. Nice communal area downstairs. Lots of showers. Comfortable bed.

+ It was clean, close enough to the airport and beds were spacious. The staff was very nice too.

- Their card machine was not working and they did not let me know I needed cash to pay for my stay which made the beginning of my night a bit complicated. Please improve your communication skills and hospitality service.
