BED BUGS BED BUGS. I didn’t find out until it was too late. The staff did NOT warn me prior to checking in and when i let them know about the bed bugs all they did was nod at me. No apology or anything

BED BUG INFESTATION We rented 18 beds for a large group and were absolutely horrified to discover that nearly every other bed was infested with bed bugs. This is not just unacceptable… it’s a complete health hazard. People in our group were bitten, couldn’t sleep, and were left with welts and anxiety about bringing the bugs home

Here 3 nights and on my first night I found a bedbug on my bed at 3 m. A worker helped me switch rooms and got me a new bed. At 9am I went back to my old room to see if I left anything behind as I was half asleep when happened and the dead bed bug was still there and had not been cleaned. No one ever contacted me about the incident or said anything el. Kind of turned away my whole hostel experience. The bathrooms are dirty as there are several people using them even though they clean frequently.

Stayed here twice, it's a beautiful hostel. The rooms are spacious. The bed/blankets are comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I did find a few what appeared to be bed bugs during one of my stays and informed the staff, and they were quick to help. There's a full restaurant and cafe/bar. Because it's a bar, they do have music until approx 10pm every night which is hard if you want to rest early but I found closing the windows & doors to the dorms fully helped.
