Hotel Via Augusta

I’d give this hotel 3,5/5 stars.Affordable hotel,the room was pretty small but okay for the price.Stuff is very friendly.BUT, the aisles had a weird smell and it’s full of bed bugs.

The lobby is nice, and the breakfast was decent….but my room was a depressin closet with dirty floors and if you draw the curtains the rooftop terrace has a perfect view of me in my underwear. Also, I have bedbug bites. I understand this is a 2-star hotel but bedbugs belong to a -2 star hotel

I feel like the room I rented is just a way to get more money into their pockets. It’s a break closet on the top floor in the corner. Draw the curtains and the rooftop terrace looks directly into your room. To top it off I have insect bites, most likely bedbugs
